"It’s a very cosy place. I arrived earlier and the receptionist allowed me to check in to my room promptly. After check out, another member of the staff also found me a room where I could work for two hours. "They never reply to phone calls. - I got the apartment keyes - just by chance when saw neighbors talking to the managers - lost 40 min while family stayed in the car. the apartment was dusty (lamps - spider web, heating facility in bath), wifi was not available in our apartment (only downstairs @ another building), promised parking was occupied during one night - had to park elsewhere and risking with a ticket - the total was very bad. the only good point is the view. will never be back -...

Comfortable
"My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was. Breakfast was nice Polish style and was fresh every day. For the price I found the hotel great. The only down side was the Wi-Fi was not very strong. Also it’s at the top of a hill, so very quiet."
