"100 + degree temp and our AC didn’t work. Was moved to a new room with 2 queen beds instead of the King room we booked, AC worked, but was on a trip with my husband, and we wanted a king bed. They moved us to another King room, AC broken in that room too. We were gaslight, a few times, with them telling us the AC was working, and to just be patient. We returned to our 2nd room, only to watch the temperature rise on the thermostat. After 40 minutes of waiting for some type of resolution, (and us having to continuously reach out to the front desk since they weren’t offering us any resolution) and dealing with rude front desk staff that couldn’t even look at me while we worked through these issues, (mind you, we were not projecting our frustration out on the staff at all… we get stuff happens)! The situation would’ve been much better had the front desk staff been more courteous instead of acting like our request for a room that wasn’t 80+ degrees was astronomical. We were told there were no more rooms to offer us by one staff and we had no choice but to stay in a non functioning AC room (even though the queen room was an option 10 minutes prior) to another staff telling us 10 minutes after that, that the only option was that queen room. No consistency, just gaslighting and lies. We were running late to our event so we jumped at the queen room offer. No apologies were rendered at all."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay in a very clean and comfortable room. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Loved the sounds of roosters in the morning and all times of the day :) The breakfast are is beautiful and well maintained. Also breakfast selection was very adequate. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you!"

"Pros-Good location. Nice-sized room. Clean facility. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Cons- TV and internet didn’t work. Staff slow to restock breakfast items. Overall- nice but a bit overpriced. Staff could be more friendly and helpful."

"We were greeted at the lobby by a friendly person and fresh cookies! Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious. You received a 10% off coupon for the restaurant next door which we used. Location is a quick and easy exit from the freeway. One thing to note is there’s no elevator so if you can’t or don’t want to climb stairs and haul your luggage up stairs, be sure to call ahead and request a ground floor room. The only negative is their breakfast is a little sparce."

"Had the perfect place right off the back with a walk up and small porch. It was the downtown farmer's market with bands and vendors and a quick walk from the hotel. Wonderful stay!"

"Stayed in Chalet 302 for a quick overnight. We chose this option based on pictures from the website and we were quickly disappointed. It looks as though this chalet has not been updated since... ever. It smelled super musty and dusty and felt super dirty. For one night, it was fine, but I would not have subjected the family to more than that. For how bad our Chalet was, I do feel like this property has soooo much potential. It looks like other units and some of the rooms have been updated and I hope that continues as the property over all is really cool and in a great location. The lady at the front desk was also super helpful."
