This is a lovely hotel, and the staff were great. It has a striking lobby, in a great location. The roof top infinity pool (adults only) was lovely, and always quite quiet. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed and annoyingly it was due to scheduled refurbishment works but we were not told until the day we arrived and it was closed the whole week we were there. We don’t have children so wasn’t too bad for us, but we did both get a complimentary breakfast at the buffet when we complained. The hotel had a shuttle bus (not sure if they do this all the time or because pool was closed) to another Hilton hotel a few minute drive away which was beautiful and free entry into a beach club there too. We walked from here to the marina, so it turned out well for us.

This hotel is great location for all experiences in Yas island. It’s great that all tickets for parks we wanted were included in our price. The hotel is lovely and clean and staff are all so friendly. Our room was very good size. Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel! I have stayed in various types of lodging around the world and this place ranks definitely in top 2. Excellent staff, amenities are great, location great, super easy access to parks, best breakfast I have ever seen and I can go on.

Great hotel with exceptional staff
My daughter & I took a much needed holiday to Abu Dhabi. My daughter, being a teenager, opted for the fun of theme parks, so The WB seemed a logical choice. I was expecting a hotel attached to some theme parks, I was expecting the hotel to be more of an afterthought. Boy was I wrong! The hotel is amazing. The people working there simply cannot do enough for the guests. Everything is done with a smile. I wish we had got everyone’s names, as every single person we encountered made us feel incredibly welcome. Nicolas took our bags up to our room and took them back down upon our departure. He was a great introduction into what we could expect from the people at the hotel, smiling, chatting and cheery. Zak was another incredibly memorable person. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Bayez upon our departure really seemed pleased that we enjoyed the hospitality of The WB. She left us with the lasting impression that sums up the people at The WB, the guests are definitely at the forefront of everything that goes on here. It is most definitely not just a hotel attached to some theme parks. This hotel stands on its own. We loved it.

At first there was a problem with the check in we had to wait about 30 minutes with a 3 years old child at the lobby although we arrived the hotel after check check in start time. Then when we got the room we found out that we have a twin beds instead of a double bed when I contacted the staff they said I had to reserve a king bed size to get a double bed. And we got noticed only when we got into the room that the pool is renovating but they head a nice pool instead at the hotel nearby in a few steps away from the hotel pool. But all the rest was amazing the staff is very nice and incredible the room was great food was delicious. The entertainment characters were stunning for our 3 years old. They really did a great job and she was very excited to see them all day time. The hotel is steps away from the water world and the Warner brothers park that's really comfortable. I have to say that's some manager called me and asked to hear about our checking problem and he offered to help with anything else. We had to leave early morning so he arranged for us breakfast to go and the taxi that waited for us in 5:00 a.m.

Hotel near Park Attraction: WB World, AquaPark, and Ferrari World. Also worth mentioning is that the staff was amazing. I remember James in Reception was perfect. Also, Chrystin and the man (I forget his name )helped us with tickets to Ferrari World in a difficult situation.

The amount of noise from the service area next to our room in the middle of the night was absolutely appalling. For several hours all we could hear was banging, things being dragged about etc all in the middle of the night! Would not stay again

I loved it but there are minor things that need some attention to it.. usually in all hotels the toiletries are provided near the sink like toothpaste and brush, earbuds, etc, in this hotel i had to order it from housekeeping.. walls are not sound proof.. other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel

Review Lovely family experience “Before we arrived read all the reviews and was assuming people make up stuff before they rush home… but genuinely hats off to the team here at Warner bros. We arrived from london family of 4. (3 and 8 year old). Our main suitcase was stuck somewhere and didn’t arrive for two days. Perfect location to get to the mall and get new clothes! The staff gave us toothbrushes/ paste and where possible tried to make the stay as easy as possible As part of our package we got park accesses free to 1. Warner brothers 2. Yas world (lovely family experience) and 3. Ferrari world (not many rides for little toddlers) The kids loved it. Perfect location to get to all the rides/ places. Taxi are very cheap so getting to the mall cost £2.50 Food: breakfast and dinner was lovely. A good selection of foods and very accommodating staff. My youngest only eats fried egg white which they accommodated everyday. The first breakfast was manic as there was so many guest and the queue was to the door. The following day they opened the private restaurant for breakfast serving and gave customers the option to eat in either or place. Very happy and smiling staff across the hotel. Pool side staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to help, have a chat and just make all the guest feel welcomed. The hotel was great, kids loved swimming in the pool while watching cartoons at the same time. We loved having a daily access to Warner Bros Park, the Ferrari world park and the waterworld park. Everything was great! And the staff at the hotel was so friendly and nice, and also with the kids!

Great hotel, management needs training
Excellent stay and had a great time until the last day, we visited the sisha bar every night and staff were excellent, but on new years eve we were denied entry informing that reservation is mandatory. But at no point during our stay or the daily visit to the sisha bar we were told this or were informed. The manager of the sisha lounge came and started giving(Yogaish) attitude and was very rude to me and my wife, I requested to speak to another manager, which he firstly refused saying he is the BOSS and I need to deal with him. He did not care about anything we had to say and just refused us to speak. We refused to speak to him further and spoke to someone else to allow us to speak to manager, on hearing this Yogaish tried to be nice but I refused to speak to him due his original attitude. Stephan and the other lady were excellent apologised on his behalf but it just left a bitter taste in our mouths with the I'll fouled treatment from Yogaish.Not sure how he can be a manager if he speaks to customers like that
