I didn't like that the front desk woman made a Copy Of My US Passport when she asked me for an ID, she should have only see it but no to copy it, I make Holiday Inn responsible for the misuse of my US Passport; We got an ugly room with not view and I mentioned this to the front desk lady but they just didn't care. No Hotel in The US or Europe have ever made copies of my ID

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel. It was easy to access, easy parking ( 25 pesos a night) and extremely clean. You can easily walk over to the park. The room was large and the beds were confortable. The breakfast had fruit, breads, cereal , eggs, a variety of other dishes.

Great stay
Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Parking is paid separate and there was a festival when we arrived so we didn’t have parking for a while. Otherwise, everything was great.

This hotel is incredibly clean and well-located. The breakfast is remarkably ample. What I didn't like is that you have to go up 2 elevators to get to the reception area. Most of the 3 days I was there both the escalator and at least one of the 2 elevators were out of service. I realize that the hotel is not responsible for these mechanical problems. The best part was absolute silence in my room, despite the fact that hotel is in the middle of the center of the city. I highly recommend staying there!

Clean & Basic Hotel with Great Location!
Good basic hotel with great location! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Location is probably the biggest benefit here, you are in the heart of the city and great restaurants and parks are with a short walk, including Pargque Juarez. Also they do not appear to speak English if that matters to you. Only complaint was that some of the interior rooms face a blank white wall which is pretty close to your window.

Super modern,comfortable,in room safe,well equipped modern bathroom. So convenient to the center of Xalapa. Front desk staff friendly helpful and efficient. The daily breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Just what you expect from a Holiday Inn but with an excellent breakfast, better than stateside holiday inn breakfast for sure. Walking distance to parks and shopping. Great area.

Good comfortable spot
Good location above the cinema (with plenty of subtitled rather than dubbed movies). Easy parking. Friendly front desk staff. Room was comfortable and quiet. But the room's only window looked into an interior "courtyard" (more like a large shaft) with nothing to see but white walls and a lonely chair at the bottom. Get a room with an exterior window.
