Nice hotel, I have stayed here several times. This time, there was no hot water and no soap in the bathroom. The reservation said breakfast was included but it wad not. Ther offered me the smallest buffet I have ever seen for about $8 use, I declined it and ate elsewhere and had a very good breakfast at a lower price. Its ok to stay here but take your own soap an count on dining elsewhere. The staff were nice except the woman at the front desk. I like the rooms and the wifi works OK though slow at 4mb per second. There is no elevator,you need to go up the stairs....

Great economy hotel a few minutes walk from the caxa bus station. The rooms are recently refurbished the bathrooms are nice and clean. It has Cable tv Lots of stairs and no elevator so not really suitable for the handicapped or those who have trouble walking up stairs. If you lose your key, they will charge $100 Mx or about $6. I didn’t know about that in it left a bad taste in my mouth. The WiFi works most of the time but not all the time. My room did not have air conditioning but I was fine without it. It had an upright fan which kept a cool breeze blowing. Xalapa has a mild climate so it is quite comfortable most of the time without air on. My rate had a continental brake fast included. I kid the $120mx to upgrade to the buffet. DO NOT waste your money, the upgrade was just not worth it. There are plenty of nearly restaurants that offer much better breakfasts for the same price or less! All In all a great place to stay, just don’t lose your key and eat elsewhere and it will be a great stay!

staff is super friendly and very helpful, property needs a lot of upgrades, one day without hot water, be aware of the loud noises coming from the banquet hall located on the back of the hotel

Superaron nuestras expectativas.
Excelente la atención de la chica de recepción. Nos acomodó en una habitación excelente, mejor que la reservación que teníamos. Fue amable, proactiva y genuinamente preocupada por hacer de nuestra estancia más placentera. Las medidas de contención del COVID-19 se llevan a cabo al 100% en este hotel. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos aquí y definitivamente lo volveremos a hacer.

El edificio está lindo y podría ser un sitio encantador, pero está descuidado. Hay bañarse pegado a la pared, casi no cae agua y tampoco me gustó, es muy ruidoso para quienes van a trabajar.

Muchas habitaciones con fiesta adentro de ellas y nadie les dice nada no dejan descansar, y salón de fiestas pegado a las habitaciones, nos aventamos toda la boda y hasta con víbora de l mar y toda la cosa, parece que estábamos ahí, cero descanso.

No todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, y el desayuno yo sabía q era bufet y no, solo huevo y frijol con jugo o café, para pedir tortillas siempre tuvimos q pararnos, incluso x lo de los niños q si pagas teníamos q pararnos y pedir todo casi a la cocina.

La atención e instalaciones muy bien, único detalle está ocasión, solicité un primer piso por la movilidad de un acompañante y aunque llegamos temprano a confirmar la reserva, la recepcionista indicó que si había y que si habría cuando regresaramos, al volver ya no estaba la misma srita. y tampoco dejó indicada nuestra solicitud ni apartada la habitación, nos ubicaron en pisos superiores y resultó muy incómodo para dicha persona.
