The room was nice and clean. Breakfast also was very diverse options with nice tea. But I tried to sleep the window side sound of the street was quite loud, specially the Tram passed by.

better to consider before your reservation
the room itself was ok and cleaned well, but the equipment are not maintained properly.... pop-out electric socket, sticky hair dryer with almost disconnected cable and mirror with broken water proof cover...I wonder if the safety issues are respected or not in this hotel

Great stay at this lovely hotel. Really good amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to everything you need.
The only down side was how hot our room was. We tried to turn the heating down but this made no difference and we even left early as we could not stand to be in such a hot room.

This hotel provides good value for money but was disappointing in some small ways of which the most off-putting is the appearance of the lobby. It basically seems a mess, particularly as it contains children's play areas and table top football tables. Additionally it has an excessive and unnecessary amount of notices. The staff were a little cool and unfriendly to start with but mostly provided very good service. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was very small. We did not like the fact that the room window could not be opened. The breakfast was excellent both in range and quality of food.

The mattress was terrible, The sheets were not clean some head stains on them towels very thin, we heard the kids upstairs making noise.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disappointing for a Class hotel
It is simply an IBIS, but with a NOVOTEL logo on. Well overpaid and well under served.
The hotel is very close to the shopping malls and view was really good. The front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful and no English speaking channels in room.
Excellent service from staff rooms clean and bright would certainly recommend. The breakfast was excellent something for everyone. Only 10 minutes walk to centre and square with bars and restaurants.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating with providing an extra luggage storage room and helping us with getting a large taxi to the airport. Also, the included breakfast buffet was fantastic!
Check-in process was fast, staff was very friendly and courteous, they even had a small stuffed animal for my 10 year old.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient since it is within walking distance from the old town square.
