Always a great choice in Wroclaw. Real nice hotel with general good conditions, good breakfast, really professional and friendly receptionists . Great transportation connection to the city center / old town.

Very good hotel for decent price
I have stayed at Boutique Hotel on two occasions. It's a very nice, well-maintained, clean hotel. Staff are very helpful and the reception is 24/7 so it's convenient if you are arriving late to Wroclaw. For example, there is a bus from the airport which stops almost beside the hotel. Bus number 129, Kwiska is the name of the stop for Boutique Hotel. There is number of trams and buses 30 seconds walk away from the hotel, which will bring you to any part of the city, but slightly off the road which makes it quiet. Importantly, the bus to and from the airport is close-by and the journey takes app. 30 minutes. Rooms are really spacious and comfy, there is a kettle, coffee and tea in the room. Big bathroom and great shower with good water pressure.

It has a bright sign on it so you can't miss it.. if your have the right hotel, there are 3 hotels of that chain in Wrocław so check the address

Served its purpose
A hotel that served its purpose. It was handy for what I needed. Room was spacious, with a decent bathroom. Condition could do with some tidying up. The lack of air conditioning in such heat was so uncomfortable, and made sleeping difficult. There's a tram stop next to the hotel, along with the 129 airport bus stop. Also, it's about a 10 minute walk to a wonderful large shopping mall.

Modern property with good proportioned rooms and quality fixture and fittings. Excellent location for public transport links to the centre in 15 mins and airport in 35 mins. Regular bus and tram options only 2 min walk. Good inclusive breakfast choice, hot and cold. Only thing that stops top marks is the hot rooms in summer due to no air con.

No aircon
No air conditioning and the hotel room was over 35°C. Horrible in hot weather. Plus no towels in room on arrival. Had to go back to front desk to get them.

A pleasant, modern hotel
The hotel is modern and very pleasant. My room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The only issue was lack of air conditioning. In extremely hot days of July/August (30+ degrees) the room was like a sauna and I couldn't have the windows open because of mosquitoes. Also a fridge could be handy to keep drinks cold.

Good hotel with access to the city
This hotel is located several miles from the centre of Wroclaw close to a tram stop providing frequent departures to the Rynek (Main Square).

Very clean hotel although quite basic. Staff very helpful. Could do with a bar but teas and coffees freely available in reception area.

Zero complsints
Large rooms and very nice hotel, taxi rank just at the front doors so it's straight into the city fairly quickly but just far enough out that it's quiet on a night. Very close to Magnolia park too for shopping and food. Will stay again in the future. Wish each room had there own iron and ironing board but there is a shared facility downstairs.

Nice hotel, near city centre spoiled from
Very thin walls between rooms, you can hear all conversation in neighbourhood. Some quests arrived late in the evening or night and made terrible noise. I have been staying in this hotel on few occasions and I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are looking for relaxed staying.

Good location but thats it!
Just got back from staying here for the past 6 nights. Room was nice and spacious and bathroom was lovely. However, the staff were very unhelpful and rude and the cleanliness was awful. Not once was our room cleaned or beds were changed. We had to ask for extra toilet roll and clean towels. The only thing the maid did was empty the bins. We had a bag of rubbish next to the bin and they wouldnt even take that! I was having surgery close by and location was great for it. However even asking for the beds to be changed still never happened. Breakfast ran til 10am however after getting there at 5 to one morning as i was late leaving the clinic was a disaster as they wouldnt let you have anything. Not even a drink. Fount the staff very rude and defo wouldnt go back!

Not a good hotel in heat
No air conditioning in the stifling heat we had to purchase a fan from tesco witch wasn't of much benefit to us. We stayed there for 8 nights and by day 7 i had to go to reception and ask for our room to be cleaned and our beds to be changed hadn't been for the entire week. The replaced towels every couple of days. I ended up going to the store room and getting clean ones myself and some loo roll as this wasn't replaced either. I wouldn't stay here again. Hotel itself is clean but my room wasn't I cleaned the room daliy myself. Staff were somewhat rude at times I wouldn't stay here again.

Good location between centre town and airport. Staff tried to be helpful but I learned more about their city and area than they knew! Very hot and no air conditioning. Lucky that they had a small fan for me. Noisy room on first floor across from breakfast room.

An ok hotel
The room was clean and the bathroom was ok. The WiFi was ok. Breakfast was acceptable. The receptionist was friendly. However, the room was extremely small, definitely only big enough for one person to stay. The hallway was very noisy even at late night. The phone can only be used to call the reception, not for even calling between rooms, not to mention calling outside. Considering the room rate, it is ok for a sleeping place, but not much extra.

Having to move a lot in Poland, the staff helps a lot in looking for a taxi or help you with orders (food) etc...the best thing is that there check in and check can be done anytime. The reception desk is open 24/24.

The hotel is clean , rooms are spacious and the reception staff were very helpful when I asked for advice about transport links and storing my luggage when I checked out. This is a budget hotel so it is not luxurious but it is great for the price paid. The hotel is really close to tram/bus stops and taxi rank which is fantastic for getting around Wroclaw, but the downside is that there is lots of traffic noise around the hotel (trams run 5am til 11pm ) so being woken early is a distinct possibility.
