"Great place to visit. Really nicely and spacious rooms. Only minor issue was 1 /4 pillows on the bed had a dead insect otherwise really clean. We just removed that pillow and still had plenty of pillows."

"The dinner meals were amazing. I had halibut one night and salmon the next. It was served with fresh vegetables from the garden. I had soup and mussels as appetizers and both were fabulous. "This is a beautiful hideaway in the middle of northern Cape Breton. The owners are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We arrived on ADV motorcycles looking to explore the interior and were not disappointed. The food at the restaurant was also a highlight."
