Hotel was decent and clean. Our TV didn’t work but thankfully we weren’t in our room enough to need to watch tv. The breakfast was not good..at all. Beds were comfy and shower had great pressure!

This is a nice quiet hotel out of the hustle bustle of Salt Lake City... The rooms are clean and tidy... They supply the bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap... There is an I-Hop just down the street from the hotel... The staff at the front desk are nice and friendly... The only drawback is that they only have one elevator and you have to access it from the front lobby... So, you have to bring all of your luggage in through the front on a cart to go up to the second and third floor rooms... I will stay there again, if I am in the area...

Disappointed in upkeep. Toilet didn't flush, jiggled the tank and it filled again. Blow dryer burnt out. Mattresses were worn and could use replacing. Pillows were worn - lumpy, not fluffy. I expected a better room for a Hampton.

This is in a good location to the freeway but not the noise. Breakfast was average but open until 10am which was nice. Little to no room service. I did get trash emptied one day after asking but another day I asked and it was not emptied. Over all it is a very nice basic hotel and I would definitely stay there again as it is close to family

Bed was so bad that all 3 nights I hated to get in bed because you could feel every spring and it bounced so much that you would wake if your partner turned over.

Sheets had stains, employee in breakfast area talking about how they just had pink eye. Hair still in sink from previous guest shaving. Baby with diaper swimming in the pool really topped the stay.

The gentleman that checked me in seemed a little sidetracked, he was around the corner on the phone when I arrived and it took him a couple minutes to notice I was standing at the front desk. My keys didn’t work so I had to go back down to the front desk and he was still on his phone call. The workers this morning however were very helpful.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. But I am a cancer patient and my vape that is prescribed by my Dr and have all my paper work was taken from my room. I never used it in the room, only outside the hotel. I asked about house keeping, they claimed to know nothing but the tv remote and my inhaler were right were I left them the vape was in the same place.

I loved my stay! The staff made me feel very welcomed and safe. They helped me with anything that I needed. The included breakfast was amazing, very nice! The staff working breakfast went above and beyond and were friendly and clean. Keeping breakfast stocked snd helping with needed. I felt as if inhad a waitress they were so nice! To have a hotel in walking distance to where I needed to be was awesome! The front desk was able to give me a late check out when needed. Making my travels stresa free. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!
