Checked in and was not informed that restaurant was closed.Later when wanting to eat told it was closed but not told about a restaurant close by. Instant coffee in room was dated 2020 and was not replenished by housekeeping Car park was full( not many spaces)had to drive around the area before finding street parking about 600 metres from hotel. Requested a wake up call with the manager but not received. Voiced my complaints on check out(1day early) and was told the manager would contact me which hasnt happened

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location
Fantastic hotel, extremely clean in a wonderful location. The town its self is delightful to explore and the hotel has the benefit of being extremely close to the train station from where you can be in most Dutch cities very quickly. It's around 20 euros for a day return ticket to Amsterdam Central. The staff at the hotel were very nice and the hotel is in fantastic condition. Parking seems to be quite easy to find on the streets by the hotel but they also have parking available for €7.50 a night.

Woerden - the prettiest town in Holland?
Woerden was a complete surprise to me - such a hidden gem! Hotel conveniently located only few minutes easy walk to heart of the old town. Plenty of free street parking around the hotel too.

Can I have some coffe?
The only thing that was not so good (but definitely a very minor issue) is that after the first night the coffee in my room was finished. They forgot to refill the try in my room with new ones.

Excellent Location for visiting Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Evening meals would have been a bonus, however wonderful restaurants withing walking distance in Woerden. Overall first class. I will be coming again

Great location walkable to restaurants and town. The room was spacious for 3 individuals with a beautiful view of the canal. Cleanliness was on point. The whole area was peaceful, even with a walking path right below the room. The only snafu we had was that we were charged at check in for the room, when I had already prepaid on Expedia. I had asked when checking in if I hadn't already paid, but they said no. I realized the error when we got to our room and I rechecked my emails. I went back to the front desk and after some discussion and being stuck on Expedia's hold for 45 minutes the desk figured out the error and refunded me in cash for the double charge. I appreciated their help in resolving the matter and found them to be honest.

OK for a short stay if on business trip, breakfast was fairly simple, with little variety except for a selection of breads. Avoid getting a room facing the main road, as traffic can be heavy at times.

Very conveniently located.
It is perfectly located jist round the corner from woerden station which has very good and frequent connections to the aiport and major cities. The staff were very friendly and the hotel overall was good value for money.

Great room overlooking the canal, nice dining facility, walking distance for train to Amsterdam, staff always so helpful. No elevator to some rooms. Highly recommended - multilingual!

An ideal location
This hotel was a good choice for us as we attending a wedding in Utrecht and the family are based in Bodegraven. The refurbishment has been done to a high standard and it was good to have on site parking at a modest cost. The choice of bar snacks was a little disappointing but we understand the management are in the process of reviewing the menu.

Excellent Hotel in the Green Heart of Holland
The hotel, overlooking a lovely canal or river, is situated in Woerden - a small place in the green heart of Holland, excellent if you like going on country walks but not so good if you prefer the attractions of city life. Having said that, the large city of Utrecht is only ten minutes away by a frequent train service, so you could experience something of both the countryside and the city. I think I should mention that the breakfast at the hotel was 11 euros a day. If this is too much then there are several cafes in the nearby town centre but only one supermarket (named Albert Heijn).

Great little hotel with great location
I stayed there for 2 weeks on a recent business trip. The hotel is completely new refurbished. Although on the smaller side, and the room was cosy, the bed big and comfortable and there was enough space for a desk, a spacious wardrobe and a lounge chair. The Bathroom is big enough with a large walk-in shower. The free WiFi is excellent on speed and quality and the TV has USB slots so it's possible to watch movies from a USB stick, etc. The hotel is ideally located, just 5min walking distance from Woerden train station where a train trip to say Amsterdam is about 40min and costs 17Euros for a daily return ticket. Breakfast is great. Dinner is not. However, there are numerous nice restaurants within walking distance that cater for a great dinner experience. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel fitted our bill perfectly. The only criticism, if there are any, was the road noise outside, which the hotel cannot really do anything about, and the poor quality of the pillows. If the hotel improved the quality of the bedding that would be superb. Apart from that - brill. Breakfast was marvellous too.

Great base a stones throw away from great cities
Good train to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and other surrounding cities! I booked thinking it was in Amsterdam city centre as I didn't check the maps but I was not disappointed at all because there were regular trains to different cities throughout the day. Woerden itself is very quiet and there is not much to do but it's a good base to sleep.

Little hotel in little Woerden
recently updated hotel. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is sparse but ok. If you're in Woerden you're probably not there for a grand vacation, so this hotel will do fine.
