"I love village hotels. I think they're the best chain to stay in. Always good standards with great facilities. However, although we had a nice stay, and the staff as always were great, this one has seen much better days. It was very worn and looked tired. The carpets throughout need replacing. Wallpaper ..."

"Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . "The owner had mislaid my booking, and then the room was already occupied by someone else. Waited for an hour outside the property with minimal responses. Had to give up and find somewhere else instead."
