Lift was not working properly, we stuck in that and when we call emergency from lift they just put on hold. No one hear the alarm from lift. They charge around $6 for amenities fee. Don’t understand what amenities they are providing.

We were stuck in the elevator. They didn't come to take us out until 45 minutes later, when someone from maintenance arrived and I couldn't breathe. At the reception, the service was rude. When I asked for the manager, they just gave me the card and I had to call during the day because they don't have any. supervision.

THE PROPERTY IS VERY DATED, DINGY, DIRTY... staff couldn't even tell the next restaurant nearby (they don't have any food or drink options). Loud machine noise started at 6:30 am, from a neighboring business. My sheets had huge dirt smears on them, the shower unusable - too dirty, we had to clean the balcony furniture to be able to sit down.... and we needed the help of a strong person to open the door, it was stuck and showed marks of previous break in attempts. Don't do it to yourself to stay there. Btw, unless EggMcMuffin is your usual breakfast item, you might not like the options presented.

Bathroom floor was filthy. Bath tub not cleaned in a long while. Hairs in the tub. Mold around caulking at the floors. Electrical outlets would not hold plugs. Just fell out. Could not charge electronics. Employees complaining about other employees in front of guests. Breakfast appliances not working. Rude employees. Green pool water. Roaches on walls. Elevator is a hazard. Health department should close this facility down. Expedia should not keep this on their websites.

The property and room are nothing like the pictured. The pool is green and can’t swim in it due to the algae growing. I was double charged when checking in on my credit card. Both my son and I have had spiders crawl onto us and it took 45 minutes to check in due to a very outdated system. There are burn marks all over the furniture in the room, not small ones, large ones. The hotel is very outdated and not kept up. Smells like mothballs and the room had an overpowering bleach and Comet smell that gave me a migraine as soon as I walked in. The staff is not friendly and speak to each other negatively about the place and management in front of guests!! There are plenty of other hotels in the area!! Choose a different one!! Last week I stayed in a suite about 10 miles away for less money and had a great stay! This is the most disappointing stay and gross hotel I have stayed in, very poorly kept up, poorly staffed! Not at all what is pictured online! Best part is finding out that most of the people here were paying half of what I was charged on Expedia!! Yes, I’m paying $183 for what was supposed to be a nice room, others paying $90!!! So if you think your getting a good deal, nope, anywhere else it’s half the money to book!! For $90, yes it’s worth it, for over $180, not worth it, your not getting the room you think or hotel you think!!

My word for this hotel is shabby. The elevator never seemed to be swept. Our room was barely clean. I walked around in my socks and the bottoms were filthy. Obviously the floors are not regularly mopped. If these are the things I can see I wonder about the things that I cant.

Do not stay here. Especially with kids. It is dirty and falling apart. It’s loud and let’s say a hub for activities that aren’t family friendly. The front desk staff was impossible. Check in took over 45 minutes with only us there. We had two five year olds eager to beat Legoland who lost an hour of their time there due to complete insanity.

We got there, they gave us the room, went inside and the back door was wide open to the terrace, there was a water bottle on the side table like someone was there, felt very unsafe, paid 148.00 for one nite, that hotel should have been a 50.00 a nite hotel, the bed was noisy and bedspread was dirty! Btw they did give us another room, then the shower faucet was really hard to turn on, had to have maintenance come help me.

Unbelievable misrepresentation
This is an old motel attached to an Econo Lodge. Outdated and gross. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were gross and the staff was unpleasant! This is probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Quality Inn & Suites should remove their name from this location because it gives Choice Hotels a very bad look. Just disgusting!! I’m disappointed in hotels.com for overcharging for this dump.

Property is in need of a dire update. Mold in bathroom in tub and vents. AC sounded like a jet landing which woke us up going on and off all night. Furniture stained and chipped. Door was warped so you needed to use your shoulder to open. Was charged $5.60 “hotel fee” upon arrival. When I asked what it was for the front desk clerk got real defensive. Woman running breakfast was delightful.

Don't even know where to start.
Where to begin, the elevator was scary. We took the stairs to our 5th floor room which was like walking a stairwell out of a horror movie. The room appeared to be in the process of renovations the toilet was against the wall lights not working. There was a controls that didn't work and my wife stepped on someone's fake fingernail. The service was good and the breakfast was free so take that any way you like. The bed was very comfortable though.

Great location. Perfect for legoland. Properly is dated and needs modernization. Woman working Sunday am at the front desk was tremendously rude. There was hair all over the bathroom from previous guests. Safe didn’t work, neither did the replacement. Game room was nice for my kids. The woman who runs the breakfast buffet was wonderful, so kind and helpful. Overall coulda been worse but definitely could have been much better.

Don't expect much
Hotel is in desperate need of care and upgrades. The elevator is tiny, ancient, and fear-inducing. You will have to wait. Our family of four were cramped even without our luggage. Service lights only half-worked, so you were left guessing if the elevator was working or on its way to your floor. Rooms were functional and little more. Walls included obvious patching, holes from old headboards and artwork, and bathroom grout was grossly black. The water either had not run in a while in that room or recent work was done, when I first arrived it blasted air, then belched out cloudy water. A thorough run eventually led to clearer water, but still a funky aftertaste that I couldn't tell if it was city water at issue or the buildings attempt at plumbing. I did not drink. The wall socket beside our bed did not work, and another would go on and off if the socket was nudged. Could only imagine what the wiring must look like inside there. We reserved through hotels.com and paid the advertised price, but at check-in the agent charged us an additional $11.20 without a statement as to what this fee was for. The breakfast bar was clean, well attended and provided a variety of options in the morning, but only open from 6-9a, so be sure to get up early. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked. Ultimately, it's what I would expect from a Super8 or Budget hotel. I expected more.

Thought that the walls were very thin,could hear everything in other rooms. And, most of the night the sirens going down the road. Need better sound proofing. I did not stay, i was there maybe an hour. The room was cold, small, and i didnt feel safe.

Very poor customer service
Rooms were not ready, unable to stay in the lobby, power went out 3 times reception desk was really rude when we call to report the power outage facility does not have heating system
