Front desk accommodated me checking in early and out late- I really appreciated this. Also during breakfast a nice man helped me with my tray- was very kind. Overall staff was very nice and kind.

Good hotel!
Everything very good, only exception was room location. I think because we booked through 3 party app, we got room in back right across from laundry and housekeeping. (Could be because we had dog also) Bottom line, it was loud with all the talking and laughing outside our door. We had to move carts twice to get out our door. Also, it was the smoking spot just outside the door by our room. Credit to them, it was clean and no cigarette butts, just the smell. Still recommend hotel and staff was friendly.

There was a connecting door to another room and Zi had to listen to them shouting profanities at each other. Other than that it was fine.

I was most surprised by how quiet it was. The breakfast food was pretty good, and included. The staff was helpful. The room and bathroom were pretty clean. The room was too dark; an additional standing lamp by the corner of the room that meets the entryway would be useful. Other than that, we were comfortable and would stay here again 👍

Overall, the experience was good. Check-in was quickly. The bed was so so. They could’ve been more comfortable. Breakfast was good. And the person cleaning the breakfast area was amazing.

The parking lot and facility on the outside looked great. Lobby looked clean and welcoming. However the young lady working the front desk was acting extremely annoyed that I needed to check in during her shift. My wife and I were trying to just brush it off because you never know what’s going on in someone’s life. What really turned the tables was when we got to our room we went to put some valuables in our nightstand but instead we were greeted by a used condom.

The bed was very comfortable and a good selection of pillows. The hotel seemed very clean. A nice breakfast buffet. All the employees we had contact with were professional, courteous, friendly.

Tucked away off the main road, but close to many dining options, and a short drive to Legoland. Clean room, friendly staff, good amenities, and breakfast was very good. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Disappointed in remodeled rooms
Disappointed in the quality of upgrades in the rooms and the cracks and water staing in the ceilings. Floor boards horribly done behind the toilets and in the corners. It almost looked like they hired very incompetent workers to do the remodel. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean
