The hot tub and pool are gross. Scum around the edges. Room was very basic, not that we needed more. Staff was fine. Not great, not terrible. Just fine. Didn’t enjoy being woken by someone in the hallway yelling and screaming obscenities at 430 am. Bed was too firm for my liking and only 3 pillows/bed seemed odd.

Pictures on website are very out dated. The pool and area looks like it’s falling apart, looks dirty, leaks everywhere. The noise was insane. People walking down the hallway one floor above rattled and sounded like elephants all night long - staff said nothing they could do, I was woke up multiple times through the night with the thumping (and I usually sleep thru anything). The food in the morning was gross and looked like it had sat for hours - I wasn’t expecting much, but nothing was edible. 10 people were waiting to make waffles and I just couldn’t wait that long. Staff was super rude when I came in, served other people when doing my check in, walked around and out of site with my credit card and when I asked that to stop I was asked “whats my problem”. Eventually when she came back to finish checking my in she was typing a bunch of things in and I asked if everything was okay, and she let me know she was entering my card manually as the terminal Wasn’t working. But way more than 16 flights had gone in. I said when that happens you have to tell the customer you can’t just enter it manual at with the amount of credit card fraud out there and she got mad. I asked if there was a manager and was told no. The manager works from him and barely ever comes in and there was no way for me to call, or her to call and get him to call me back. It was very frustating and I won’t go back

Do not stay here. You might as well save the expenses and stay at a motel. The hotel is not maintained , the staff has no customer service / resolution skills. The room we originally stayed in was visibly not cleaned dirty linens , dust on the end tables , a ring around the tub. When I went to take a shower the next day the shower didn’t even work. Insisted on a refund of room upgrade they upgraded us to a “ sweet with a jacuzzi “ this was not better … literally a tub that was added to a regular hotel room… the pool is drowned with chlorine to try to cover up the dirt and discolouration you get any water in your mouth and you nearly want to throw up , floaties and dirt all throughout the water , puke in the garbage can… the pool is advertised as a heated pool it is not … it is beyond cold. Every aspect of this stay was disappointing. And if you have children be prepared to have your own playpen as they do not offer crib or playpen accommodations for your convenience. I would rather pay triple the price to stay elsewhere then to ever have to stay here again.

The hotel over all was clean other than garbage stuck under our hotel door. Also only had a bit of toilet paper was no extra in the room. Was a quick stop from a late flight.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The layout of the suite was well planned. Two pleather chairs were heavily damaged and shed a lot all over the floor. When you sat on the chairs pieces stuck to your pants. Cute sink, stove top nice and clean, nice size microwave, nice little fridge.

The staff lacked helpfulness during both check-in and check-out. The room became comfortable after I requested a re-vacuuming, though there was minor damage prior to my arrival. It's advisable to thoroughly inspect the room again.

We had no problem with check-in, the girl that we dealt with was very pleasant. Building in itself not super clean but not terrible. Rooms looked nice, beds pretty comfy, could be a bit cleaner. The rooms could use a pamphlet or something to say when breakfast is or a tv guide channel list stuff like that. Our kid enjoyed the pools d waterslide and it was his first ever hotel stay. Over all, I think we would stay here again.

Paid alot of money, for 2 nights. Kids and adults were slamming doors till 2a.m. first night then 3a.m. 2nd night. Called front desk numerous times, nothing was done about the noise both nights. Staff did not ask how our stay was, we just left. Will not stay there again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We sent an email to the hotel and did not get any response what so ever. They should have had security come up and deal with this the first night. Staff were very unprofessional. They were going to move us to a different room at 10:30 p.m the night before we were checking out, like we were the ones causing the problem. We said no, move the hockey players and their adult chaperones, which didnt happen. Never Again. Email will be sent to head office, maybe sombody there will respond to us.

Pool was closed which we didn’t know. The lobby is DISGUSTING. The entry is full of cigarette butts outside and people smoking, the furniture is stained, the floor is visibly dirty. Was able to cancel.

They delivered, we couldn’t go for vacation and we tried “staycation”. The staff was informative and friendly. Amenities clean, pleasant, food was great, kid friendly, which was my main concern. It was quiet. We will be doing our “staycation “ there in the summer I can’t wait, waterfront and walk to the beach will be awesome. Thank you staff.

Upon checking in we were informed the pool was closed and given no indication as to when it would reopen. I booked this hotel because of the pool, being that we were travelling with our 7 year old twins. Once we entered our room, we found out our tv was not working. We called the front desk to rectify the problem. Their solution was to slip a tv guide under our door. After five hours of waiting for them to come fix our tv, they finally switched us to another room. The other room we were given had a pull out couch with no bedding. At 10pm I had to go down to the front desk to grab bedding (they refused to bring it up) Will not be staying here again!
