The wheel chair access is rough, and har for a travel Buggy ... I have to climb the lip of the access backwards for it to use it safely....

Looking dated. Carpets need cleaning. Elevators were dirty. Restaurant and bar were average. Room smelled like someone had smoked in the room. Staff were accommodating and provided very good service.

The carpets in room needs to be shampooed. The bed was not comfortable .. like sleeping a piece of plywood Bathroom was clean, liked that there was body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided

As I wrote earlier the elevator service is very bad. Otherwise the hotel is nice with friendly staff. Amenities are very good.

Poor elevator service. Bad architecture. Only two elevators for such a large hotel?! Takes forever to get upstairs.

Good property. We ran out of body wash during our shower and when I called it took 20 min for someone to come up… in all fairness he was looking for body wash and could only find hand soap as it was late at night so he brought us up two. The neighbors had a couple of small dogs and that kept barking and woke up to that, which the hotel isn’t at fault for that.

Property was dirty, rooms was dirty had splatters of food on the walls beside the beds. vomit all over the ground in the outside sitting area with the benches. People always gathered around the elevators, didn’t know if they were waiting or just hanging out, hot tub luke warm and jets didnt work.

Hotel was extremely loud. Guests were running through the halls all night long, lots of yelling, and a car alarm repeatedly going off in the parking lot that did not get addressed. Very questionable people hanging around in the parking lot. The fitness area and the pool area were both covered in chewed up sunflower seeds so overall the experience was terrible and I would not recommend it. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly.

We booked in for 3 nights as we had Volleyball Provincials. We were not let known there was a wedding happening Saturday night, when we booked. Was on the 4th floor and it sounded like the dj was in our room. Lasted till after 1am. I called front desk and there was no rooms available on the top floor and the agent didn’t seem to worried bout it. Would if been nice to know that there was an event happening as I would have booked another place.

This hotel should not be in the the top ten near Winnipeg airport. It is just not a nice hotel. Very limited staff, waitress in restaurant is vacuuming while trying to serve clients. Had to ask if they were actually open. The chairs in the lounge were so old and dated you sank uncomfortably into them. No hot water first day. Maintenance got it to warm. Hotels caters to a particular ethnic group

Tv remote didn’t work for the tv. And the cable was unplugged when we arrived. Just 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal but would have for sure been nice to have.
