Your staff is amazing. The hotel its self was let down, it is so hot out and the swimming pools and hot tub where not availble, your discount was a joke. When you pay something like almost $200 a night things should be working.. breakfast was done well.

This hotel is in need of an upgrade. I received an alert prior to arriving stating no pool and fitness availability and my charges would be adjusted. They weren’t when I asked. I was told I already received a best rate when booking. I was then upgraded to a different room. This room was 90 degrees. The air conditioning was broke and blowing hot air. We called and no one came. We went down to the front desk and got the kid with the toque and someone else to come up. After they inspected the air we were moved to another room. When leaving I was told I would be given points on my choice account for my inconvenience. Still waiting for that

This property is dated however, it was quiet, clean and the staff were all so wonderful. The continental breakfast was great as well.

The staff at the front desk was always VERY kind and helpful. The hotel was clean. Our main complaint is with the bathroom. The toilet was so low it was difficult to stand up from it. It also kept running unless you jiggled the handle. The bathtub should have a grab bar for people who might need help getting in or out of the tub.

The room was clean, but the motel is showing signs of age…pool was closed and the property doesn’t have an elevator. Staff was nice. Free parking and wifi was nice as well.

I came in to Windsor to see an ill family member and this hotel was located within a 10 minute drive to the Windsor Met hospital. There are tons of amenities, within walking distance, or a short drive. (Including a great 'hole in the wall' donair & shwarma restaurant a block away called HAKIMO. The food is very yummy, especially if you love garlic.) The location is great if you're going across the border, as it's right up the road from the Ambassador Bridge; you can literally see the bridge from the hotel. I don't know about public transit as I have my own vehicle. The complimentary breakfast was very good, I was impressed. There was eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, bagels, toast etc. and staff always kept it full. There is a pool and gym on site, unfortunately maintenance was being done on it so we weren't able to enjoy that but the comforts in the actual room made up for it. The beds, pillows, and blankets are super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The bathroom had an abundance of towels, which I find is lacking in most hotels. One downside was that the window in our 2nd floor room was missing its screen, which is a major concern if you have little kids. Hopefully maintenance will remedy that issue swiftly. Overall my stay was pretty good with no major complaints. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others needing a reasonably priced place to stay while in Windsor.

Clean and relatively quiet. Polite and helpful staff at the front desk. Nice fluffy pillows. TV reception wasn't great in my room but that's a minor issue. On weekends breakfast isn't served until 7 a.m. which was unfortunate because I had an early start, but staff did their best to accommodate and I was able to grab some fruit and a muffin.

Dirty fingerprints on the curtains, and the curtains wouldn't close all of the way. Not enough parking, A few trucks with boats on trailers were monopolizing several parking spaces each. No elevator in service, had to carry luggage up to the 2nd floor.

This was a last minute booking. It was much better than anticipated. The room was clean but the washroom is dated. The furnace was not working properly and it was quite cool but it most likely could have been adjusted if I tried. I thought the transport traffic would be loud but it was not heard at all. Very nice.

I’ve never experienced anything like this stay. I rarely complain about a business. The service was horrid, I had pulled my back from moving and there was no elevator to the second floor and didn’t offer to help take bags up. They wanted to inspect my room after I was checking out and kept insisting even though I had a car waiting to go to the airport for an important business meeting, I only stayed at the hotel for a total of 5 hours as I just needed somewhere to sleep, for one night the hold was $250 which is very high I’ve stayed at five star hotels and it was never that high. I almost missed my car to a extremely important business meeting due to the service

Our check in was great. We were assigned a room on the second floor originally but the building has no elevators and my husband uses a walker. The staff member immediately offered us a room on the main floor, waived the $10.00 additional fee and told us the most convenient place to park to help my husband. Very good service!

The bathroom could use updating everything is just old but seem to be kept clean. This was our second time here in a month this time the bed was not as comfortable as the first time, the breakfast was good each time

Our breakfast on the weekend is from 7am to 10am and includes Breads, bagels and cream cheese, pastries, waffles, or croissants, muffins, either scrambled eggs or egg bites, sausage, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, hot chocolate, coffee and tea. These are all on the same area in the breakfast dining room. These items are served everyday. If these were not served there is a high probability it may have been well after 10am.
