We were nearing the end of our 2 week road trip and the staff at this hotel was the most friendly and helpful of the entire trip. Our room was amazing - a corner room with large windows overlooking the river.

We have stayed here a few times before and loved this hotel. Unfortunately , for us, the hotel has gone downhill. Through no fault of the hotel, the elevators were not working and we were placed on the 6th floor.. hard for almost 80 year olds to navigate the stairs. It was almost like our room was not supplied with the usual amenities , esp with linen/towel supplies, bar soap, kitchen area supplies like dish cloths/towels, a sponge , and enough CLEAN flatware. There was long dark hair in the shower. Yuk! On the positive side , the beds were comfortable with good sheets and pillows! There are very good restaurants to walk to and the hotel is on the riverfront and has a beautiful walkway.

The boardwalk right at the hotel was wonderful. We sat on the patio and chatted to folks walking by. We did walk quite a bit of the boardwalk, as well. The WORST part was them putting soiled bedspread on my bed and then not compensating or apologies EVER. Not dirty, no soiled! Probably pet. Not a sprinkles, 5 "splotches". disgusting.

I didn’t like the parking. I chose this hotel because it came with parking. After returning to hotel from a show approximately 10:30 PM , I found the parking lot full. I was instructed by front desk that I would have to exit the lot and go park down the street at Planet fitness. Not very happy about that at all.

The lady at the front desk was nice, she did a good job while helping us checking in. The hotel lobby and outside was nice. But the bedroom was horrible. The floors were dirty, the bed looks like they didn’t even change the sheets between guests. The towels had hairs stocked in it. Luckily they had a bag in the closet with two extra sheets and blanket. The only reason I booked that hotel was because of all the good reviews about the hotel being clean.

Very nice amenities, beautiful views, easy to find, ample parking right at the property. Some of the property could use some care- one of the elevators was out of order, the ice machine was out of order and the snack area was all but empty. Our room was very nice with one exception- the bathroom had not been cleaned very well after the last guest- there was urine on the wall & floor and hair on the floor from the previous guest as well.

Our only complaint was the bedding. we had a king bed and the sheets did not fit the mattress it was an uncomfortable sleep as they constantly got bunched up or came off the mattress. it appeared to me that housekeeping used 2 top sheets to make up the bed, therefore the bottom sheet did not fit at all.............

The hotel is in a great location especially for attending events at the Chase center. The hotel could do some little things to make it 5stars, like improve the breakfast offering. The eggs were terrible, very little bacon was available (and what was left was burnt). We went to breakfast at 8:30. No other protein options (greek yogurt). Bananas were all green. Additionally, an elevator was not working all weekend and the entrance was wet and very SLIPPERY. Bad weather weekend but extra mats should have been at the front entrance to make the tiles less slippery.

It was a great room with great accommodations and a great view. The shower curtain wasn’t in great shape but that was incidental. Will definitely stay there again.
