My family and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The pool water temperature was a little chilly but tolerable. The front desk workers were extremely courteous and helpful. The gym had a peloton bicycle which was a nice addition to the treadmill & elliptical machine. The free hot breakfast was okay, they only served pork as their meat choice so we had to eat the waffles and bagels which were nice. Overall we had a nice time and I would go back if I was in the area again.

Property was very clean and the room was really nice. Pool was also nice and so nice to have a breakfast that isn't just bread, bagels and cereal. Nice assortment of foods and the red velvet waffles were amazing. Staff was super friendly and happy to answer any questions. Great place to stay.

The property is pretty on par with what you expect at a Hampton inn. Facilities clean and kept up well, staff were really kind and helpful. It’s just a bit tired..the carpets, the beds, etc. Beds were not that great. Back hurt after two nights. Now I’m sure this is a very well utilized hotel which is why the beds are just so well used they simply aren’t comfy anymore.

It was a great stay! Quick little overnight getaway! Very clean....super helpful and friendly staff. Lots of parking....easy access to everything. Will definitely be staying again!

The air conditioning was not well regulated as it got really hot during the night at 68 degrees on the thermostat and we had to switch to cool.

My wife and I noticed that there might have been a problem with the filter on the heater and air-conditioning system. Our nose was always constantly running when ever we were in the room! Maybe that unit should be cleaned more on a regular basis!

Plenty of parking and convenient location to Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfast was ok. My only complaint is that we had a room on the first floor and were awaken the first night at 1:00 AM by talking, laughing, running around going on in the lobby which was two doors down from our room. Apparently, there was no monitoring of activities in the lobby. Terrible!

This was a very nice property. Very clean. The bathroom was nice and staff was friendly. My son enjoyed the indoor pool before we checked out. The water pressure in the shower was not the best. Overall i would stay again. Great spot to shop nextto the outlets.
