Good afternoon, I apologize for the miscommunication. There is an incidental hold of 20 per night which is refunded at check out if you did not charge anything to your room. However if you did purchase anything and charge it to your room then only the difference from your incidental hold would be refunded at check out. Although you did prepay for your suite there is still an incidental hold.
