This is our third time staying here. Really like the breakfast deal and food! The bistro with its outdoor patio is set in a prefect setting. The only problem is their TV .Every time we stayed the tv has these bright lights on the screen.Told front desk and they changed our room…same thing! I think they need a new batch of TV’s

Breakfast that is an additional cost and is purchased through expedia times arent listed. Its 630am week days and 7am weekends which would be nice to see not just a screen to purchase it for 5 bucks a person as an add on. The hot water valve wasnt adjusted at the tub controller end causing 3 people (2 adults and a 6 year old)to miss showers. Staff offered a room change at 6am but we needed to leave by 630am. So that wasnt possible. They also told me id have to take up the breakfast refund request that neither my wife nor 6 year old or myself got to use, including some refund for the shower/bathtub none of us got to use either with expedia not Holiday Inn.

Stayed here many times throughout the years. Always clean, beautiful updated hotel, larger than usual rooms, VERY CLEAN!! Breakfast buffet is always excellent. Kids love the pool. Lots of shopping nearby.

This was an amazing Hotel.Room clean staff friendly. Hot buffet breakfast was fantastic. Wish I could have stayed longer. This might be out weekend get away place.

Room 316. Shower stall accessible by wheelchair. Water leaks all over the place and plastic floor is extremely slippery. If you have mobility problems this is not the kind of shower for you. Dangerous.

The staff was welcoming and polite but the rooms had some issues. First, one of the beds had hair all in it and spots of what look like blood. We requested the bed be changed and they brought us fresh sheets, but didn't offer to change them. There was what appeared to be tooth paste smeared on bthe bathroom wall. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall, not the worst hotel but will avoid in the future.
