I had stayed at this property only 4-5 years back and it has declined quite radically. Got a refund and did not stay after seeing (smelling) the hallway and room.

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to doctors & surgery centers on/near Webb Rd. Within walking distance to Braum's. Clean, large room. No drain covers in sink & bathtub.

The hotel was very dirty and it had a strong marijuana scent. The sheets, blankets and pillows had ashes on them. We asked for towels and got told they had none when our room had none to begin with. Always dirty people sleeping in the lobby area.
