Service was great. Clean, updated gym equipment. (Peloton bike in gym. ) breakfast was good, not great, but above most. Cookies at 4:00, with lemon infused water. I would come back if ever need to come back.

The property was clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Close walking distance to the mall, restaurants and other shopping areas.

No hot water at the bathroom sink. Shower did have hot water but handrail in shower needs attention. Door to room did not shut securely unless it was forced closed. Door jam issue. Room 201. Hotel was clean and also the room.

No problems at all. Very nice sized room. Quick check-in and friendly front desk personnel. Really comfortable beds. Great places to eat, close by. The pool was actually warm, not like some pools that say they’re heated, but you jump in and freeze. 😜 The hot tub was also very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

10/10 would stay here again! The staff were very nice to me and my family. Surrounded by PUHLENTY of restaurants, stores, and the mall. Not even far from the base where my boyfriend is out. Jacuzzi was very nice, the pool was a little cold but we still went in it and enjoyed ourselves!

The property itself seems like it’s due for an update, but it was clean, quiet and secure. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the breakfast was pretty good (cheese omelets, bacon, potatoes, plain or chocolate waffles, as well as continental options). The pool was open later than most, and the breakfast and checkout times were also more generous than most. My kids liked that there was a jacuzzi, too, and not just a pool.

The room and bed was very comfortable. Shower was great and breakfast was the best on this 2 month trip. Staff was very pleasant and accomdating. I would definitely stay here again. I will look for Hamptons from now on.
