"The staff was friendly and welcoming. My flight was 7hrs delayed and I arrived closed to the time, helpdesk would be leaving. The young lady called me to verify if I was still coming. Love that I had a private pool. The only issue is that there were lots of ants in the rooms although the rooms were clean when i checked in and during the stay. I had to buy spray while there to help a little and I didnt have a microwave so it was hard to warm our food up. Other than that I would recommend this location."

"if u want the most minimal things from an all inclusive then this is the place. only one restaurant which is the buffet food was ok not so bad but most workers are slow. You only get cleaning every 3 days. They didn’t even clean the sink or toilet. They’re supposed to change the towels everyday but they don’t until i kept complaining. there is a snack bar open after lunch and pizza by 5-9pm. They do not refill the toiletries or coffee pods. Water park is closed tuesday and wednesday for cleaning."

"I needed a cheap room on the ground floor, no windows. I got 114. great bed clean room. I got a frigde big flat screen with cable/internet. Free wifi included and parking for guests. till next time."

"Beautiful property in a convenient area as long as you have a car. The only complaint I have is about the staff. Most of the staff there seem annoyed when asked anything and were generally not very helpful. The office offers taxi scheduling services and I decided to use that for transportation to a prepaid cruise. I checked in with the staff in person and was told that my ride was CONFIRMED. After 15 minutes of waiting for my taxi later that day I went back to the office and was told that I should have confirmed with the girl that was there earlier and that I should have called as well (I called multiple times and did not receive an answer, hence why I confirmed in person). There was a seperate day that cleaning service came at 9AM and I asked them to come back the next day. They told me okay and two days passed without me hearing anything. I asked the office if I could get cleaning service to my room and they told me that they only clean on certain days but did not tell me what days. Really beautiful property and great area, the staff are the only reason for the lower rating."

"Excelente lugar para disfrutar de una vista increíble. Los atardeceres son hermosos desde el área de la pileta. El resort es súper recomendable. Hay que tener en cuenta que se opera como un alquiler normal, no dispone de desayuno ni limpieza. Tiene bajadas directas al mar para bucear o hacer snorkel, de fácil acceso. La ubicación es muy conveniente si se quiere disfrutar de las playas del Westpunt. Nuestro viaje fue en pareja para visitar playas y hacer snorkel todos los días. Nuevamente, súper recomendable."
