The rustic cabin was spacious, comfortable and had a full kitchen with a gas stove. Loved the fireplace and rocking chairs. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Their dining recommendations were spot on. Definitely want to stay here again.

The rooms were very unique and fun. Loved the size and amenities provided in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The draw back is the lack of hot water in the shower. Had two tepid showers with very minimal pressure. It was cold out. BUT, Would so totally book again though.

Kris at the front desk was so nice! The cabin was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. Very few outlets for charging. The lamp between the beds couldn’t be plugged in either. Great complimentary coffee in the morning but we were early in the season and there was miscommunication about what time the office opened where we could get coffee. Bring your own coffee pot if you’re staying 4 nights like we did. We used our cooler/no fridge in their basic cabin. The staff made up for any inconvenience!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We stayed for 8 nights. It was way more than I expected. Has a homey feel and does not feel like you are in a hotel. The staff is very kind. Office hours are 8am to 8pm, but there is a number you can call if needed (we did not). The clean the cabins every 3 days, and they missed us on our 6th day, but fixed us right up the following day. I loved that it was so close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. This made it easy to enter the park on a number of days without a long drive before arrival. I highly recommend!

Rooms are old and zero amenities. Not even coffee or cups. Literally nothing. No electricity plugs to charge phones. Had to unplug the tv. Aircon not efficient and not warming the room and we are in Montana. In brief not recommended at all.

Cute cabins very close to each other- when sitting on porch you are looking at your car or someone else’s. 3 day stay and no service to room, coffee in room does not match coffee maker- single serving of coffee for a 5 cup coffee pot. All in all stay was good, Yellowstone is amazing!

Great cabin. On edge of town so quiet. Limited office hours but no problem with checkin or out. Locked ourselves out of our room but a call brought off site staff over in minutes. Only concern was lighting in cabin which was low level especially in kitchen, Glad we choose this as our base when exploring Yellowstone NP

We loved our cozy cabin! All the rustic design is nice and added to our experience of visiting Yellowstone. Everything we needed to rest after a day exploring. It was very convenient to walk to dinner and shops. The Bear and wolf discovery center being so close was a bonus and sometimes you can hear the wolves howling in the evening. Also spotted a few foxes on our walks. It was quiet and the location couldn't have been better!

This property is unique and quite fun to stay at. My fiance and I love the rustic cabin aesthetic and loved staying here. The fireplace was our favorite part as it connects to the bathroom and is near the bed. It warms the room wonderfully but there is also the additional ac/heater to help if need be. The cabin was very well decorated and had great lighting too. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in West Yellowstone.

The log cabin had a great feel to it. A great connection to the mountains. There were 5 of us along with a dog so the quarters were tight. It sounds as though there is a design that would have been better suited to us, however we were able to make it work. Their hot tub was functional and the staff were great. Although the cabin wasn’t equipped with the oven like the description stated, they provided a hot plate. In future, this would be a great location to contact them directly as it is hard to truly know what they have to offer.

A Little West Yellowstone Gem
We had a wonderful time staying at the Hibernation Station! The check-in was seamless and our cabin was nice and clean. Plenty of space and a great little kitchen to use to make breakfast before we set out on our adventures. Great price for two nights as well! Would easily stay here again.
