A comfortable and modern hotel situated in a beautiful and quiet area, yet only 4 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the beach front. Staff were super friendly and service oriented. This is where we will stay next time we go back!

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Our 5-bed family room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom is a bit loud though as a waste pipe of upstairs room run through. The location is perfect, on a very quiet street, surrounded by beautiful residential houses, a 5 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast offering good, but coffee from machine.

Parl Hotel August 2018
Nice friendly hotel décor and rooms are dated but the owners seem to be working hard to modernise the place. My only criticism is that the bar and restaurant close far to early at 10pm and 8pm respectively Great position for beach and town.

A short break
This is a small Hotel with limited facilities in a residential area close to the Centre of Du Panne. Shops and restaurants and the long sandy beach are a 5-10 minute walk away. We stayed in order to travel to Bruge, Brussels and elsewhere and were pleased with the location. The Hotel offers breakfast (10 Euro's) and evening meals but we didn't eat there, but in local good quality restaurants. There is wi-fi but not working in the room and our bedroom had on suite shower and toilet facilities. We parked on the street outside which wasn't a problem at this time of year but I'm not sure about high season. The staff were friendly and interested in any queries and had excellent command of the English language.

Charming old-style hotel
After visiting Ghent and Bruegge we decided to stay at a hotel at the beach. We found the charming old-Style Parkhotel DePanne with very spacious rooms, great service, and the owner was very helpful at any time! The breakfast buffet offers everything, and more. The staff is very accommodating. All in all, absolutely recommendable! Bonus: within walking minutes away from the beach!

Pleasant, comfortable and quirky...
A pleasant, value for money stay in a quiet, clean and comfortable place. The hotel is little quirky but that adds to the charm. A good breakfast with many locally sourced products. It's close to the beach and town centre, reaching both in around 5 minutes. There's also a good choice of good quality restaurants with 10 minutes walk, for those choosing to rat out. The hotel restaurant is also very nice although the menu is a bit limited. All in all a nice hotel that I will definitely return to.

Staff fine, fond the hotel easily looks ok from outside, the room was fine very queit area and slept very well, walked to town and had a good meal, however when you enter the hotel the hall and stairway etc it was like entering the dark hole of Calcutta, very dingy and a bit smelly. Wouldn't go back but I guess you get what you pay for.

Quaint but nice Hotel, the gardens are a fantastic asset. The Hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle of De Panne Centre yet with easy walk of the Sea Front, Town and Restaraunts and Bars.

Good value comfortable family room.
We booked a family room for 4 at the last minute and chose the cheapest option that we could find in the area (132€). The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is pretty tired and could do with some updating, but seems very well run with pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast was a buffet style with a fair, well stocked choice. The parking is limited but we were lucky to find a parking space on the street outside. The beach and town is about a 10 minute all so in a good location. I would definitely stay there again as I felt we got good value for the price paid. There is a large garden area with some outdoor dining spaces which we didn't have time to try out but looked quite pleasant- especially on a sunny evening.

Friendly hotel in a great location. Communal areas are in desperate need for an upgrade and tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice. Apart from that the room was clean and in a very usable condition.

This hotel either doesn't exist on google maps, etc or -- when you do finally find it-- there will be no one at the front desk. They took my money, i couldn't find the hotel and finally had to check in at the nearby Hotel Ibis. Awful.

Great but slightly pricy.
Lovely, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Nice for family with kids, has a little play ground and the breakfast area has a play corner to keep the little ones busy. Perhaps a little big pricy for a hotel a little bit away from beach.

Handy Hotel in De Panne.
Stayed there for one night 13th April. Found it eventually. (Our fault) Great situation, Rooms great, Handy for the town, beach, etc. breakfast and service very good. Bruges Zot on draught! Upstairs areas (landings, etc) were very dull and depressing. Overall great place to stay.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Shower extremely erratic - we had one hot shower each and the rest were cold! Plug in sink wouldn't move but we didn't bother to report it. Breakfast very good. Surroundings good with garden to relax in - weather permitting.

To add a further note about my stay - the free wifi is too slow for an ipad and my iphone wouldn't even pick it up. Also, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, just a bottle of water.

Easy checkin. Room clean with enquire modern shower room and separate ensuite toilet. Pleasant stay with friendly staff. Buffett continental breakfast was very good.

Disappointing... but close to facilities
Stayed for 1 night as a family of 2 adults and 2 5 year olds. Very close to de panne centre and lovely beach. Hotel grounds are nice for children (bouncy castle and small play area) however rooms are not what you would expect... paid £115 for 1 night, the wallpaper was peeling and a great big whole next to the window very cleverly hidden by the curtains. Breakfast also disappointing... unless you like bread, hard boiled eggs and pastry you'll have no choice, not even toast or any staff around to ask if they could toast some bread, would stay in area agakn but not at this hotel

The staff were excellent even arranging my daughters teddies in a pattern around her pillow when they made her bed, the room and the facilities (including bouncy castle) were clean with an excellent outdoor BBQ. The fixtures seemed a little tired though were still kept very clean and tidy. I would stay there again which has to be what matters. A short walk to shops or the beach and they provide you with a map showing the to each. The tram stop is also a short walk away.

Everything was as it should be, clean, staff well presented and pleasant & in a very nice location in a pretty suburb. Our only complaint was the meal we had at the hotel was very poor and expensive such a shame.

Very child friendly, great location, very helpful
this is the second time we've stopped there and would use it again, its minutes from the beach, there's a bouncy castle, swing and slide on the large garden for the kids, the only bad thing Iv read about the place is it could do with painting to freshen the place up, our room looked as if it had recently been refurbished and was very nice and modern, but I did see in some of the other rooms and they were clean and tidy but I could see what people meant about painting, the hotel grounds and surrounding area were very clean.

nice hotel near to beach and local shops.
not too easy to find down quite a narrow road. lovely vast grounds ,relaxing .family room for 5,bit of a squeeze but adequate. Breakfasts were a good spread and of a good quality. Evening meal was also quite exceptional and price compared favourably too local restaurants. Polite and friendly staff. Shops and beach nearby(walking distance).

Ideal location just 6 minutes from beach and a 10 minute walk from a large free car park.Hotel is quite dated but that is part of it's character and it's location in the Art Decor neighbourhood.Hotel has large garden with items suitable to keep children occupied while parents enjoy a drink or two.Did suggest that a coat of paint would make rooms appear to be brighter and fresher.

Helpful staff, comfy room (we had great nights' sleep), superb location close to sea but with lovely garden to relax in. Fantastic buffet spread at breakfast with good choice and unlimited tea and coffee. We have stayed for a week at a time at this hotel for the last three years and it continues to improve.

Hotel staff helpful and welcoming. Room very clean every day and comfy. Good buffet spread for breakfast. Close to tram and beach but in quiet area with attractive houses round about. Large garden with sunbeds plenty of tables and chairs. We have been twice now and intend to go again!

The Park Hotel - De Panne
My wife and I found the hotel to be just the ticket... the management were helpful and extremely pleasant. Be aware that you must make an advance booking for the restaurant - sadly we were unable to taste the food due to having no reservation ... we opted to try a local snack bar along the main street and had delicious Belgium fish and chips. A very clean hotel ... the room was spotless ... De Panne along with the Hotel are a paradise away from the hurly burley world .... no hesitation in returning and highly recommend.

Park Hotel De Panne
Lovely hotel in quiet residential area close to seaside. The hotel has taken every effort to cater for children (not something we needed being retired!). The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb and set us up for the day. Lovely garden to sit in in the evening and have a Belgian beer. Only down side was a small room with very little space to get between bed and wardrobe. The bathroom was in need of tender loving care - handle in shower coming off wall and toilet seat held on one side only.

Pleasant older style hotel in a leafy neighbourhood. Hotel garden a bonus. Staff helpful and efficient. Less than a five minute walk to a large sandy beach and to the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting De Panne.
