This was such a great find! First time staying at a ski resort and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the ski in / ski out. We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel.

Overall the property matched expectations from the pictures and description. The deli market wasn't open at 7am like the frontdesk indicated and that caused issues with some plans as we were checking out and planned to have breakfast and lunch set. Even when we left at 8:30am it still was not open

Beautiful hotel with lots of perks, they have a pool with hot tubs and gym that’s free access to guests, you can look at the slopes from your room and the fire places/ fire pits are cozy!

It had snowed the evening and night before our arrival date, and when we arrived late in the afternoon to check in, the parking area was not plowed. The following day it was sunny but the walkway had black ice, no ice melt was down, I ended up slipping and falling - luckily I was ok Otherwise had an excellent stay and stalk was awesome. Wish the restaurant on the hotel was open on Monday , Tuesdays. and Wednesdays though

Highly Recommend
Can't beat this place for convenience and service. Very nice staff. Clean and up to date facility. And the mountain is great for all levels of skiers.

Liked that I could send my 11 and 14 year old to the room while my wife and I did a few more runs. Liked the ski garage too. Disliked that housekeeping never tuned our room. If I didn’t t call for fresh towels,would we have had to use the same towels for a 3 nights stay?

This is a convenient ski lodge that is comfortable but not cushy. The views and proximity to the ski lifts are what make it a win. The room furnishings are what you’d expect in a basic lodge environment if not slightly dated but very warm, & welcoming.

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We were there mid October so a slow time for sure, service may be different during "ski season". The staff was extra attentive, the lobby and grounds are beautiful. The rooms clean and spacious. There is a restaurant on premises, but it was closed the night we stayed, staff provided a list of all restaurants in the area (most were also closed) but did manage to find one that delivered.

We had to wait over two hours to get checked in and was shocked there was no refrigerator in the room? I thought that was pretty much standard. Everyone was very nice and accommodating so that helped.

Our stay was great! Beautiful property, plenty happening even with the “off season” under way. Lots of good food nearby. Staff was excellent, pool and hot tubs were great. Gym has good cardio equipment but could use more weights and machines for lifting (dumbbells went from 35 to 45, then to 65?and someone had apparently stolen one of the 40lbers) but overall functional enough. Only took a star away because of the bed. It was old, stiff, and uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located at the base of the mountain, and the property/rooms and amenities were very nice. We were a little disappointed that we had to valet our vehicle and then walk all the way down the hill and dig it out ourselves for over an hour in order to get it out of "valet". We also had a hard time getting any dinner and breakfast our last night and morning there I guess due to short staffing and weather

The hotel is the best place to stay in terms of convenience for skiing, it's clean the staff is excellent and the room very comfortable, though it's pretty old and needs updates on heaters that are very loud, tv sets as well as maintenance on faucets and cabinets. The deli where you can get breakfast and buy goods lacks variety and quality, and there are no healthy meals.

Parking is a disaster. Not sure how it can be addressed. Also, my daughter, in her own room, was awakened at 1:30am by a call from the front desk about noise. All in her room were fast asleep. Might I suggest that an employee investigate a noise complaint first, before calling a particular room. She was livid. Honestly, she should get a free night's stay.
