Gave a lower mark on property condition. There was a broken, missing piece of concrete in side walk leading to building. If gone unnoticed this could have led to a an unsafe trip hazard. A very concerning legal liability for your hotel. Our stay was very nice and would use again otherwise!

There were “stains” on our sheets. Mold on the caulk around the heater/AC The room smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it Doors don’t shut securely Other rooms with towels shoved under the door, and a massive pothole in the sidewalk that I tripped over. Also very poor continental breakfast with no coffee.

Great room, service and value
I had a very good stay even though it was for one night, very clean and I enjoyed the fitness center. Plus, I dropped my jacket in the parking lot and left. I called the hotel and they were more than willing to help ship my jacket to me. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Was very disappointed with this motel. Bathroom was disgusting, falling off tiles, floor dirty. Windows filthy through the whole place and we paid $186 for a night, which isn’t cheap!

Very nice place.
Very good place to stay. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room and nice hot breakfast including biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, breads, cereal and yogurt. The reason only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the walls are thin. We heard people talking all night. Bring your earplugs and you will have a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

An awesome stay
My stay was outstanding. I was able to check in a bit early and my room was perfect. I was worried about being so close to the lobby but I never heard any noise. The breakfast was good and the service was top notch! Am definitely staying again!

Please train your staff better at checkin.
Issue at check-in. Booked through Hotels.com, and the front desk clerk stated that the virtual card was invalid. After 1 1/2 hours of phone calls to customer service, it was an error on the front desk clerk's side. He should have called his manager right away instead of making me call expedia/hotels.com. Clerk was rude, even after it was determined it was his fault, he didn't apologize. Only said "sorry for the delay".

Check in marginal- desk clerk said only 4 words: credit card, sign here.” Then pointed toward a hall that led to our room. Didn’t mention there was a complimentary breakfast which we didn’t find out about till we returned from having our breakfast at a nearby restaurant for $35. Drain in shower was extremely slow - hate standing in that water - took about 15 minutes to fully empty. Otherwise - good location, relatively quiet. Will probably seek alternative during next visit.

Stay was good, but don’t like the additional $50 charge on my card. Nothing should be charged unless there is a problem with the room after we leave. Will watch for that to come off. We have stayed at 5 hotels on our travels this weekend and this one is the only one to do that.

The incidental deposit will be collected upon check-in for all prepaid rooms as per our hotel policy. The room was not clean, Bath tub had cleaning towels left in it, And there was still hair in the tub. A pail was left in the stairwell and you had to navigate your luggage around the pail.
