The table in our room that the coffee maker sits on was broken. A bag of hard boiled eggs (total of 8) was left in our fridge. Could barely hear the TV. My friends room was worse. There sleeper soafa not only was broken but also had a condom on it as well as pee and blood stains.

The staff was great! The hotel had a smell to it. Our room needed cleaning before we would stay in it. Overall we ended of staying for a couple of days, but not sure we would return.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay and it was lovely. Very clean. Such a nice. The continental breakfast is so good. Can’t recommend enough.

Good option for our needs.
Booked a few rooms for an overnight stay and we were pleased to find the rooms clean and comfortable. It's great to have an option like Boarders Inn & Suites in a small market.

It was in a very busy shopping area, but during the night it was very quiet! Very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant & helpful.

The room was unclean and smelled terribly of smoke. Having a 15 month old and being told I had no other option to change my room was a even more frustrating. When I attempted to use the hot tub. The attendant came racing in to turn it off due to an issue with it leaking and the water levels. She the proceeded to fish a bug out of the hot tub and swish it on the pool deck floor. In the morning the breakfast attendant slept on the coach in the main entrance. For the cost spent on this room, I am extremely disappointed in the stay and experience, needless to say we wont be going back!

We come here every year for thanksgiving and we chose this hotel because it is close to family and has a hot tub. However the hot tub isn’t in the best shape.. didn’t even work Thursday night. It was below the water level and according to staff it’s bc other people were in it. Not sure how that makes sense.. the jets are reckless that it sends the water out of the hot tub making the hot tub not hot.. it’s warm.. this area definitely needs improvement. Other then that the hotel is just okay. It’s dirty and run down in spots. Our fridge freezer was solid chunk of ice making it so the door wouldn’t close so we couldn’t utilize it.

See you again next year.
We do a yearly trip to Wild Rose for their big cruise and car show. We stay at a hotel so we are closer and as a little getaway. This year was our first stay at Borders. We were very pleased. The staff were fun and helpful, everything was very clean with cute little touches such as the toilet paper ends were made into designs. The bed was firm and super comfy as were the pillows that we had plenty of. And the lobby has a rustic theme that was inviting to have a seat to relax. Theres a breakfast area and pool which both looked nice, but we didnt get to utilize due to time. Only 2 negative things were the shower head didnt spray very well and the outside door lock on the far end of parking lot didnt work and so the door always was open to anyone. So with those 2 things being the only thing i complain about, i feel its a very nice place to stay. And it didnt cost me much at all, i was quite surprised by that. I do recommend and will be back again...

Staff at this property were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean, well-stocked and nicely maintained. Nice self-serve breakfast. Very quiet and and we felt safe. The only drawback was the hotel signage was not highly visible from the street.

The place was clean, but definitely needs some updates. The pool room was too warm and the hot tub was loud and aggressive. The staff was fine but i wouldnt call any of them friendly. Overall my room was clean and that is what was most important.
