Stay far away from this property. My wife, baby, and I had a delayed flight and got in at around midnight with a reservation we had booked long in advance. Five minutes before we arrived, a very rude staff member from the hotel called and said there was no room available. She was totally unapologetic, unhelpful, and combative, despite the very difficult circumstances for us. She claimed there had been a water leak, but her story kept changing, and I'm fairly sure she just gave our room away because we had a low rate and they found someone to pay more. She rebooked us at a more expensive hotel, further away, and did not offer to reimburse any of our increased costs or even the Uber to get there (even when asked)! She said she would put me in contact with the manager but that was a lie, and despite three separate callbacks to the property, the manager never got back to me. Horrible experience and some of the worst customer service I've ever seen at a hotel, anywhere in the U.S. or world for that matter.
