carpets are old, smelly, AC is loaded through a window in the room, water is $2 per bottle, paint on bathroom door is old. Breakfast is not good, box eggs not real. Be aware they will take an extra $50 deposit and you will not get it back for a while according to the hotel front desk person as the housekeeper has to look through the room first without you being there. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The elevator is very small. there is no bar in the hotel, it is in the restaurant in front of hotel. The restaurant is easy walk to it but all up hill on the way back. Complimentary breakfast was very nice.

Very old place. Not properly maintained. Our room had broken shower curtain, rotten egg smelling water, and peeling paint throughout the room. Elevator was proper sized for children only. Green mold throughout the bottom of the pool. Won’t be back.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Outdated and dingy hallways. Elevator is scary. No a/c, except a portable unit with a hose sticking out through window. Humidity was off the charts. So disappointed. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel.

Stay far away from this property. My wife, baby, and I had a delayed flight and got in at around midnight with a reservation we had booked long in advance. Five minutes before we arrived, a very rude staff member from the hotel called and said there was no room available. She was totally unapologetic, unhelpful, and combative, despite the very difficult circumstances for us. She claimed there had been a water leak, but her story kept changing, and I'm fairly sure she just gave our room away because we had a low rate and they found someone to pay more. She rebooked us at a more expensive hotel, further away, and did not offer to reimburse any of our increased costs or even the Uber to get there (even when asked)! She said she would put me in contact with the manager but that was a lie, and despite three separate callbacks to the property, the manager never got back to me. Horrible experience and some of the worst customer service I've ever seen at a hotel, anywhere in the U.S. or world for that matter.

Our room was very clean. Loved the free parking & free breakfast. Hotel was always busy with travelers. You definitely need your own transportation if you stay here but there wasn't much else botavle. We traveled to DC & Baltimore so it was a convenient location.

Very nice property though I would say that coming into a room where it is not completely clean is not okay some ceiling damage possibly due to water in the bathroom if needing to wash your clothes not everyone is just going to have quarters maybe a card swipe machine would work better or even a coin exchange

Not fancy but clean large rooms and a comfortable covered area with comfy lounge chairs by the entrance. Not many good food options nearby, and breakfast offerings are middling. Off the beaten path but a short drive to the city and the price is very reasonable. Near the National Arboretum.

Overall this was great value for the money spent. Bed and pillows were comfortable. A/C unit had to run all night (which didn’t bother us) in order for the room not to feel humid. Room and bathroom were both clean. Tub faucet had a nonstop drip but overall it didn’t impact us outside of our environmental concerns. Hallway and entrances are definitely dated but our room was pleasantly modern and updated. Staff was pleasant and we were able to request an hour later check out at no additional cost. No safety concerns. Ultimately I would book this property again.

Worst hotel (I use that term loosely) I have ever stayed at. Dirty, dingy, smelly. The air didn't work and my room was 77degrees, dirty fridge, dirty shower, the sheets looked as though it had been chewed by rats. 8a they decide to do an alarm test without any warning. Absolutely horrible and I requested a partial refund which the denied. I have pictures of this nasty what should be a motel. This motel should be $20/night not the amount it costs.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast and parking were convenient amenities that added value to our visit. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the elevator is quite small, which may be inconvenient for guests with luggage. While stairs are an option, it's not always practical. Furthermore, despite the hotel's no smoking policy, we did notice a distinct smell of marijuana on our floor, which was disappointing. Another concern was the condition of our room. There was a noticeable gap at the top of the door, which compromised privacy and allowed outside noise to filter in. Additionally, during our two-night stay, we didn't encounter any housekeeping staff to replenish towels or attend to garbage disposal.

Parking was easy, and there were many dining options close. Great, easy distance to drive to Washington DC. Breakfast was small but good for a family of four.
