the receptionist was rude, i called the front desk , they did not pick up the phone i had to go downstairs and asked for towels there were 6 of us and they had 2 towels the sofa bed had no linens or pillows that room had no light i had to request a lamp , i was not inform that i had to pay for parking , i had to pay cash , room was dirty the rug was gross , will never stay in this place ever

The building is not in condition to be open. Walls are dirty, rugs in horrible condition, a weed smell around all the time, rooms really bad. Honestly this property should be closed until full renovation is made and a sanitary inspection is made

WELL IT WAS ME A MY WIFE AND 3 KIDS AND WAS ONLY GIVEN 1 TOWEL AND 1 WASH CLOTH, AND WE PAID $285 AND I'VE REQUESTS FOR THEM TO REFUND ME HALF OF MY MONEY BACK, DAUGHTER AND WIFE SEEN MICE RUNNING FREELY. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED
This place is purely disgusting. Other than the woman who checked me in, the experience itself was simply horrid... The room the had me in was located behind the elevator (that seems to need service itself). every time the elevator moves it seemed to make this loud obnoxious noise that sounds like a humpback whale. Continually throughout the night... The bathroom shower head has mold growing, burn marks in the blankets, and it smells of death, decay, and drugs...Also, to add insult to injury, The free breakfast is literally a elementary school breakfast. They bagged an apple, granola bar and a muffin. I personally would never stay here again and would highly recommend anyone looking to stay at this property to find elsewhere.

Hotel was so dirty and run down. Torn up carpets, stains on furniture, and cigarette smoke / smell in the lobby. I checked in only because Expedia said I had to do so in order to check out right after and receive a refund. It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my money back.

When we checked in at 1am we had a homeless person outside the hotel yelling and screaming and when we came into the lobby he followed us in yelling and screaming. Our room door did not work so I had toJam it open with my shoulder. There was insufficient Lighting in the room only one lamp door a suite! And no cable tv. Overall it seemed like a halfway house zero amenities. NoT a good experience and we are not recommending Anyone stay there based on our experience. I could be forgetting some negative things to Write oh yes and we heard other guests loudly at times who were yelling and screaming.

Since the moment you are parking (especially if you arrive at night) the parking lot looks shady. It not well lighted and just gives you the creeps. Considering the hotel is not in a safe area you'd expect for it to be well iluminated. The hotel is lacking of maintenance from both outside and inside. The carpets in the hall ways look like they have never been cleaned, only one elevator works, room safety lock was broken, tv didn't have cable signal, the elevator was always dirty. There was always people screaming. For a quality inn it lacked quality. I can compare this location to run down motel

I have booked this hotel through Expedia and when I get there and see the property every thing is run down and even not a suitable place for animals and I go to the office and asked for refund and desk clerk told me it’s takes 10 days to refund all charges and still I am waiting for refund, I think city should take action , how they charging so much money with unhealthy and filthy condition

Wow this hotel was terrible. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures are very misleading. The hotel is very old and run down. The entire place smells like smoke, even inside the non smoking rooms. The floors in the room were dirty, the bathroom had things left from previous people. The whole place was gross. Definitely DO NOT stay here.

This property didn't look anything like in it's pictures. Dark spots on the rugs, only amenities that's were offered and got was free wifi. The ac worked like a charm. The overall experience was just gross. If you have kids don't take them there AT ALL.

Front desk refuse to honor my prepaid room reservation so i had to find a different hotel in Washington DC. Hotels.com refused to give me a refund. I asked to use restroom at hotel. Clerk told me to go find a gas station. I would everyone to avoid prepaying for rooms and never go to that horrible Quality Inn. 0 stars is what they would have gave them. Avoid them! Sleep in your car! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is a trap house. It looks like an abandoned hotel. The lights in the room didn’t with, room smelled hallway smelled, carpets in/out room old dirty, and it appears that the hotel is used for prostitution.

The hallway carpet was old and filthy and the lighting in the hallway was poor. There was no facial tissue, no cups. The draperies were stained. There was a loose floor tile. There was a homeless guy camped out close to the entrance. One night, there was broken glass in the entrance and no one was on duty. The TV was old, and had a poor aspect ratio, there were only a few clear channels, many channels were blurred. The shower control was difficult to use. The lounge chair was stained. The chime in the elavator was harsh and loud.

My worst hotel ever
This hotel was filthy it smelled like mildew and you could tell that it hadn’t been remodeled since the 70s the carpet was unacceptable I checked in and checked out within one hour would never stay there againAnd I would never recommend for anyone else to stay here either

Las habitaciones huelen demaciado a humedad y cigarrillo las alfombras estan super mugrosas los pasillos huelen a maguana. Los tendidos de las camas estan quemadas por los cigarrillos. Nos cambiaron 2 veces de habitacion pero todas estaban con mal olor... fuera de eso dicen que el patking es gratis y nos estaban cobrando 15 dolares por noche.... no recomiendo el hotel

I literally liked nothing the pictures don't look the same it was equivalent to roach infected, crackhead projects. I only stayed because I had no other choice after driving 18 hours with my 6 children. The room was dirty, mirror cracked, the office chair had a hole where the seat was supposed to be, curtains were ripped and had paint on them, the cocking in the bathtub looked like Stevie wonder did it, the tv had 3 channels, breakfast buffet closed over a half hour early, the lock on the door was broken off, the was a big burn mark on the desk, the dressers/ tv stand looked like some purchased at yard sale for $5, the was urine in the stairwell as we were leaving not to mention it's across the street from a liquor store with a homeless camp behind it my family literally slept n left. Didn't even bother washing will NEVER stay at quality inn ANYWHERE it was surprisingly disgusting

The carpet was wet and dirty, the bathtub faucet didnt work, the hallways stunk and the room as well, the walls were very thin and you could hear the people in the next room. Horrible experience. We moved out and went to a Hilton instead. Dont go for the cheapest when booking a hotel because it will backfire.

Do not stay here
The hotel had no cups, no hot water in the shower. As soon as you walk out the door your hassled by at least 5 crackheads. Please don't bring your family here. The rooms are disgusting and the TV doesn't work half of the time
