The hotel was up to its standards. The only annoying thing was that the loft wasn’t working without the room key, and the room key never worked in the lift!
We had to change keys twice in 2 days.

Staff was very responsive and good. Location was very good as well....Breakfast was amazing and more than worth the price. Any issues/questions were addressed immediately-I requested "no tub, shower only" and I did not get this or I would give them a 10/10.

Hotel staff was jnable to find the booking, as per our conversation with your helpdesk it should have been changed to nov 14-15. But it was not apparently. So my guest had to pay for new booking at premise.

The first day I got there, walked into my room and the ceiling and windows were crawling with bugs. At least 100! I called reception to change my room, I stayed calm and no attitude. The receptionist told me they will not change my room and send someone to clean it right away and wait. I waited two hours in this room! Scared they’d start falling on me or my suitcases. Finally someone arrived and said it’s bad! Radio reception to tell them how bad it really was. They finally decided to change me from the room and offered me nothing. They actually down graded my room. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I go to Poland a lot and will never stay here again.
