Excellent hotel, great facilities, spotlessly clean, good breakfast. 5 min walk to Warsaw central station. Tea coffee in room though would be good to have a few extra sachets instead of just 2. Big room, big bathroom, hair dryer and iron in room. Lots of storage space and wardrobe. Bath robes also provided. Easy to get an uber or bolt to old town. Also hairdresser and SPA services on site though we did not use. Soundproofing could be a bit better as we could hear people in the corridor.

We were met at reception with a warm welcome and a friendly staff. We then proceeded to our room, which was super and beyond our expectations. We would happily recommend this hotel to others and make it our hotel of choice whenever we are in Warsaw.

We love the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw. It’s our second time we are visited this Hotel. Very clean excellent buffet breakfast menu. Walking distance to many places , restaurants and Old Town. Great personal very friendly and polite. Thank you guys for comforting stay and great memories.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the central train station, which was one of the main reasons why we booked it. The staff is polite but not very welcoming. We had a bottle of water at the table next to the bed on arrival, which was nice but expected for 4star hotel. Unfortunately, we were not able to see any nice views from the window as it was facing inside walls - didn’t see it when booked. Overall it was good, but I will book closer to the old town if I stay in Warsaw next time.

Polonia Palace Hotel is in the best location of town, it’s very clean, super comfortable and has good kitchen with delicious food. But above all the best I’d say it’s the stuff. The guest service with the people from the front desk are very competent.

Great location, beautiful communal areas and good breakfast. Room average size, would liked to have USB charging points in the room as many four star hotels now have these fitted. Would have preferred to have separate shampoo and shower gel available in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was adequate but not friendly. We came all the way from Brooklyn and we were given a room on the second floor with a view of walls and a roof, however the hotel was far from full. And the housekeeper entered our room without knocking on Saturday morning waking us up.
