Free shuttle great, staff polite and helpful. Liked that you could heat up food in the lobby and buy food if you needed it. What I could not bear was that the pool music was left on loud all night and I could not sleep. Tried to resolve with hotel and after many calls and emails ended up having to talk with Expedia who did compensate me with their reward points.
