Dirty and musty .
I feel like I was scammed when I booked a room at this hotel. The picture is different from reality, very old and moldy, the refrigerator & bathroom are full of black mold, the changing cabinet is broken and no one can fix it. At 8:00 a.m. when I went down to the breakfast room, there was nothing to eat because they didn't refill anything, only soup, fruit, and a few cold dishes were left. I sat down to eat until 8:35 a.m. when the staff kept asking if breakfast was done so they could serve it, then they brought cups, glasses, and water to prepare for welcoming guests for lunch as if they wanted to chase me away to free up space. I cried and complained to the receptionist about this impolite action. They apologized but I still felt very hurt.

Relaxing stay
Its a nice hotel but its very spaced out between rooms. Also its on a hill so its not a good place to walk to and from unless you take bike or taxi. Location and pool is nice

I love everything about this property. From the breathtaking view of the sea to the one and only view of the sundown, this property is located at the best location of Vung Tau, VN. You can rent a scooter to take your love one to see the whole city of Vung Tau by night or to visit of the beaches for as little as $10/day. My wife and I, we love this property and we shall return, for sure.

The view from our room was excellent! The buffet breakfast was good. My complaint would be that the pillows smelled terrible, even when the pillow case was changed.

Nice hotel but not beachside
It's advertised as a beach side hotel. There is no beach. It's 20min on a shuttle this was highly disappointing. The pool is really nice but the deck chairs at the pool could probably be replaced too. They were pretty old looking things! The room had no safety deposit box. Outside of that the place was lovely. Staff good although English not great.lovely views but at least 30min walk from everything so taxi necessary.

Beautiful views of ocean n ships
We have stayed here many times for the ocean view from the balcony. The hotel is a little worn but still kept clean. Breakfast buffet is adequate n we love their coffee.

Beautiful Seaview
Stay here many times. Deluxe Seaview room have large balcony with sea view that we love to sit out every evening n morning. Can see all the city lights along the coast at night n the boat traffic. No beach access but nice promenade walk along the coast in front with lots of bars n restaurants. Breakfast is pretty good n cafe sữa đá is the best. Nice large pool, large clean room for a very good price.

Rode 5 hours to get to hotel. Went to reception to check in and found the receptionist rude. Maybe because I wasnt wearing a suit? Bellhop no better. Found the rest of staff very friendly. They should treat everyone the same.

Reception is half way the hill. Not good if you arrive on foot. Fridge turns off when room key is removed not good if you want to return to cool drinks. Breakfast was extremely poor.

They are 3-star instead of 4 as the advertising. I bôked the room with view and I thought it was facing the ocean, infact, it only has a little windows on the back where I can barely see the ocean. Otherwise, the room is clean and the staffs are friendly.

Breakfast was pretty average and the restaurant was not open for dinner. No room service menu in English so they didn't get any extra money from us from food. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. The balcony was not private so we had people sitting outside our room. Lovely pool area.

Best hotel of the trip
Quiet. Big resort.. several blocks, pool, long driveway with free shuttle. 3 minute drive to rex hotel area, less 10 min drive to 'town'centre. Motorbike rental next to tommys restaurant 150k for 24 hrs.

It's quite a pleasant place except walking up the steep hill to the reception. Breakfast serving hours too short. Not near the main stretch of beach.

Had problems with the air conditioner and after initially refusing they let us change our room. Power kept on cutting in and out on our second night. There were stains on our bed sheets.

Great place to get away from Ho Chi Minh city.
This is a good place to get away from the busy Ho Chi Minh city's congested traffic. I would highly recommend...!

The hotel is good, a little to far from the main area of Vung Tua. Taxi's are cheap enough and you don't have to wait for long. Breakfast of was good with a variety. Watch out for staff trying to over charge with the laundry service. This was sorted out but left us feeling a little disappointed. We found better after a few days.

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and probably will again. Ky Hoa Hotel is very scenic with a glorious views from on high! I found the bed to be too hard for my liking and was bothered by ants in the room. I was disappointed that the shower was quite dirty. But besides these points, the price is quite reasonable, the staff are helpful, it's a great location, very nice pool and I will stay again.

Frokosten var generelt ikke særlig smakfull og ble spesiellt dårlig på grunn av elendig smak og kvalitet på det som var av juice. Alt virket veldig "kjemisk" og med veldig sukkertilsetning

Nice hotel with great view
Amazing pool and great view, located in the outskirts of Vung Tau and exactly what we were looking for! Nice rooms, comfy beds and a breakfast buffet with a variety of things. Very nice and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Lyx i svunnen tid!
Stort komplex mer inriktat på asiater än européer. Fantastiska stora rum och ballonger med vida vyer av tankers och en oljerig !vinden ogynnsam vattnet allt annat än blått. Otjänligt vatten i hela Vung Tao under vår vistelse på 6 nätter - åkte till Thailand istället gör att bada!

가격대비 괜찮습니다.
호텔에 공항픽업서비스를 요청하여 이용했는데 비용이 비쌌고 원하지도 않았는데 붕따우 시내 5분 돌더니 팁으로 14만동이나 더 달라고 했어요.. 호텔은 오래되었지만 깨끗했고, 수영장까지 내리막70미터쯤 가야했지만 눈치껏 셔틀을 태워주셔서 크게 불편함은 없었어요. 근처에 있는 해산물식당에서 먹은 점심도 맛있었고, 호텔바로 옆에 있는 로컬식당에서 먹은 저녁도 그런대로 만족스러웠는데 호텔내 맛사지는 안받는게 좋을것 같아요 그냥 오일만 발라주고 핫스톤 올려주고 호치민 시내에서 받은 맛사지가격 이상이더라구요.. 대실망 조식 맛있었어요. 커피가 에스프레소급 걸쭉한데 얼음이나 연유, 뜨거운 물 등 가공해서 꼭 드세요
