Excellent hotel with outstanding views, polite and friendly staff AND incredibly clear and clean seawater right outside the front entrance! Quiet and totally relaxing too!!!!

We booked this hotel a few months before staying and we're expecting a lot more to be honest. The check in was very quick and the front desk was very nice. Once we opened the door to our room the nightmares began. Unless you're familiar with the temperature in Croatia it can be extremely hot. Our room was over 35 degrees Celsius as we walked in and to our surprise there was no air conditioning or even a fan to try and drop the temp. The first night we were ther we probably fell asleep around 4 am once the outside had cooled off enough to compensate for the in room temperature and hoping to grab a few hours of sleep were woken up at 8:45 by the maids trying to clean the room. Front desk was happy to provide us with a fan the next day but met people I. The same situation where there were no fans left for guests. And it was evident that they were exhausted from a lack of sleep. The temperature aside the beds are old and and they give you 1 pillow only. There were only 2 power receptacles in the main room for charging our phones and computers. The tv was a 1980 tube tv about 20" and the only cleaning the maids did was put our sheets back on the bed and provide new towels even though our main bedsheets were completely filthy and there was no question they needed a change. The bar at the lobby was not bad. One man there was very nice and helpful but his female colleague seemed to have a bit of an attitude and was not our favourite. Breakfast is very lacking. Don't! A let down and a regret.
The island of Vis is a dream, and this hotel takes away from the experience. Though nothing is "wrong" with it, there is no reason to stay here. It is fine. The staff are fine. The location is not great - the fact that it is on the beach is its saving grace. Don't stay here unless all other accommodation on the island is booked.

Hotel zadovoljava standard 3*, izgrađen je 1984., dakle nigdje ni ne piše da je novoizgrađen te bi se prilikom rezervacije moralo obratiti pažnju kao i na činjenicu da nisu sve sobe klimatizirane ali se prilikom rezerviranja bira najpovoljnija cijena koja se odnosi na park ili morsku stranu bez klime. Ukoliko se obrati pažnja, moguće je rezervirati i sobu sa klimom pa ne bi bilo neugodnih iznenađenja. Inače, imamo stalno 250-270 zadovoljnih gostiju koji su zadovoljni sa svime što nudimo.

Try to avoid this hotel
This hotel looks like it was built in the 1970s and hasn't been refurbished since. The room was small, gloomy and uncomfortable with no air conditioning. You'd forgive some of these issues if the staff were friendly however they really weren't. On the plus side it's only a short walk from the town and you can swim in the sea directly across the road. Try and avoid at all costs and look for an Apartmani in the town itself.

Hotel raspolaže sa sobama na morskoj i na park strani i sve su sa balkonima. Neke od soba na morskoj strani su klimatizirane i te sobe je također moguće rezervirati, tako da gosti prilikom rezervacije mogu birati da li žele sobu sa klimom ili ne. Ako su rezervirali sobu na park strani ne mogu u sobi očekivati klimu jer to nije niti navedeno u opisu sobe. Što se tiče godine gradnje, 1984. je izgrađen, održavamo ga i svake godine obnavljamo, koliko nam mogućnosti dopuštaju. Osoblje se maksimalno trudi i gosti uglavnom hvale osoblje i zahvaljuju na odlasku.

Otroligt otrevlig personal. Tråkig frukost och sal. Rummen var ok men jättehårda sängar. Vi skulle få Gårdsutsikt och tittade ut på en sluttning med solpaneler. Ingen luftkonditionering och wi-fi endast I receptionen.

Vi hadde to nydelige og avslappende dager på Vis. Hotellet er rett ved supre bade- og solemuligheter, og det er ikke langt til fine restauranter.

Många rum och fin utsikt. Stenstrand precis framför hotellet där man kan bada men det ligget lite utanför staden. Avståndet är dock inga problem då man med en kort promenad är inne bland restaurangerna. Maten på hotellet är inte den bästa. Wifi fungerade inte i rummet eller längst bort i matsalen, men runt receptionen fanns gratis wifi.

zahvaljujemo na komentarima, sa ponudom hrane zadovoljavamo sve standarde hotela sa 3* i gosti hvale hranu, ali naravno da ne možemo uvijek zadovoljiti svačiji ukus. WIFI imamo samo u lobiju hotela, nemamo u sobama i to stoji u opisu, kako hotela tako i soba.

Hei. Beliggenheten var veldig fin. Maten smakte ikke godt. Når vi ankom hotellet og hadde betalt for halvpensjon, var det ikke mat på kvelden. Vi fikk tilbud om å få noe de skulle lage til oss der og da. Det de serverte var noe som hadde ligget i fra dagen før. Sånn smakte det i hvert fall. Grønsakene til maten smakte bare vann. 2 ganger plukket jeg rotten frukt ut fra fruktfatet. Rensligheten på rommet var ikke bra. Masse maur og dårlig rengjort. Vi var der i noen dager. Ikke engang ble det gjort rent på verandaen. Helhetsinntrykket er ikke bra. Hva hjelper det med fantastisk utsikt, når du gruer deg til å legge deg i et møkkete rom. Vi vil aldri mer bestille på dette hotellet.
Jako nam je žao što je gost stekao ovako loš dojam o našem hotelu iako nam gosti hvale i hranu i čistoću. Svi se jako trude i čim je neki problem ili sa hranom ili sa čistoćom, sve se eventualne greške odmah ispravljaju ali nam se gosti uopće nisu žalili na recepciji. Mravi su u sobi mogući ukoliko se u sobe donese hrana i odmah reagiramo na taj problem. Ne znamo kome su gosti prijavili problem. ponuda hrane zadovoljava sve standarde hotela sa 3* i tu ne vidimo problem. Večera se služi do 21:00, a ako je gost stigao jako kasno trebao je i najaviti kasni dolazak u hotel i tada osiguravamo hladnu večeru jer nemamo a la carte restoran, ovo je buffet restoran u kojem se večera služi u točno određeno vrijeme. Unatoč tome što nas gost ne bi preporučio, hotel je stalno pun i gosti su jako zadovoljni.

予約がうまく伝わっていなかったのかチェックイン時に確認に時間がかかった。また、手荷物預かりサービスもサービスとしてやってるというよりもホテルの空きスペースに親切心で置いてくれてるだけのように思えた。 また、船着場から多少遠く、荷物がある場合には辛いかも。 しかし島自体は素晴らしいし、ホテルの従業員も親切で感じもよく、全体的には高評価になりました。
