The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service.

Great service
Had a problem with the first room I was given, staff were so helpful and changed it with no issues. Rooms were great, plugs by the bed always a plus, great air-conditioning and heated bathroom floor a nice luxury especially in the winter

Lovely property, actually feels like a home away from home. Comfortable and clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, good restaurant and many dining options near by. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. We stayed during Christmas and the whole place had a nice and warm atmosphere.

The staff was so friendly, the hotel was beautiful and clean, and it was a short walk to old town with great sights to take in.

Clean, modern and comfortable
The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and was given two connecting rooms which was nice. The bathroom products from shower gel/ shampoo as well as bath towels were very nice. The hotel staff are friendly, Üla was very helpful and proactive and kindly organised some breakfast boxes to go as we checked out before breakfast started. I would stay here again.

We loved the room, it was the perfect size and we requested a crib which worked great for our little one. The staff was nice and quiet, very cozy and happy we stayed here.

I was very satisfied with the service I have got. The kindness, assistance, sensitively and efforts to make my stay in Vilnius unforgettable. I broke my fingers and got a lot of help and consideration from all the hotel's staff and especially from Rasa V. Thank you very much for everything. It is a nice location with easy walking to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The below ground parking is very convenient. GPS directions take you to the street side opposite the parking entrance. Go to the opposite parallel street to access the parking garage and entrance to the hotel.

Good but could be great!
Great location, very comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfast time was a bit hectic, could help by serving teas and coffee directly to tables, as might cut down on traffic. Also surprised to find even though hanging towels not to be replaced, they still were. Staff were terrific, friendly and helpful.

Loved the property. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Amazingly comfortable beds. The bathroom was spa like. Parking on site. Washer and dryer on property. A bit far but walkable to all attractions.
