Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working every day.

We would like to specify that all the mandatory costs are correctly displayed in our description page on Expedia. As per our descriptions, , bed linens are included while bath towels can be rent by our guest. Also, the final cleaning fee is applied for the cleaning procedures carried out at the end of the stay.The property follows the mandatory waste sorting programme of the municipality of Villasimius: we require our guests to take out their sorted rubbish since the public kerbside collections picks up household waste only during specific days, in order to keep on-site collection area as clean as possible. We understand the need to look after our environment and we work hard to respect the correct waste management solutions.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.Kind regards,The Staff

Clean, good location with a 5 - 10 minute walk into the old town, really good size supermarket on site with an excellent deli counter, good selection of produce and competitive prices. Great pool and sunbathing area, good cafe and a very secure residence. Staff were really helpful too.

The apartment was spotless and perfect for us. It was nice and quiet and very friendly. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. I can not fault them ,we really felt very welcome.

Good value for money, and easy walk into village centre for places to eat and drink. Lovely beaches 5 to 15 mins drive away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Avoid August though as Villasimius is rammed that month.

Met our needs but could use a few improvements
We stayed for a week, spending mornings at the pool and afternoons at the beach. We self catered for breakfast, lunch and most dinners, but ate out a few times. Kitchen facilities were good on the whole, but two of the hobs didn't work and neither did the spark button so we had to buy a lighter. Rooms clean and spacious but could have done with a nice sofa and air con in the bedroom and there were some loose panels on the walls with wiring behind. The shower had no rim on the floor so without a lot of care, there was a lot of water on the floor which we had to soak up with towels after showering. Our booked check in time was 16:00, but there was a sign saying reception only opened at 16.30 and another saying 17:00. The receptionist arrived at 17:10 and there was often nobody in reception when it was meant to be open, which itself wasn't many hours due to a generous siesta. On the final day the pool was inexplicably closed. There was a great supermarket seconds from the front door, and the town centre was 10 minute walk away with lots of nice pizzerias and gelaterias. 30 minute walk to Simius beach, or a cheap hourly bus to many other beaches. We recommend Riso and Giunco. There was a great festival on the first night with lots of fireworks, and there were performances by the via del Mar some nights, including a really good rock band. All in all, a really relaxing enjoyable time but the hotel could do with a few improvements.

Nice hotel affordable price
I really enjoyed staying in residence . I think it's what you need for holiday there was supermarket right under the building ,AC and parking. Room was clean with minimum facility's for kitchen but could have nice breakfast and simple lunch . I personally would come back .

Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die kleine Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Besen und Wischmop gab es auch. Das WLAN funktionierte bei uns auch gut im Zimmer. Das Personal war äußert freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider ist unser Baby im Urlaub erkrankt , aber das Personal hat sich drum gekümmert das ein Arzt zu uns gekommen ist. Die poolanlage war auch sehr schön. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, 3 Supermärkte direkt ums Eck und ins Zentrum waren es auch nur paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Strände sind innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren. Man konnte die Nachbarn hören wenn sie die Stühle verschoben oder laut geredet haben.

Clean and nice - fully recommended
Fully recommended location. It was clean and check-in was very easy even we arrived at late night. Nice supermarket 10m away. Center just 10min by feet away. All beaches about 5to10 min by car. Pool very big and usable even for small children. BBQ place and washing machine for free available. Each apartment with a balcony. Enough parking place inside available. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

La situation est parfaite comme point de départ pour des visites. La proximité des super marché est intéressant. L’accUeli est très sympa et convivial. Seul point négatif : l’isolation Phonique absente donc les voisins presque dans notre salon

établissement situé au dessus d'un supermarché donc livraisons tot le matin dons assez bruyant, plus bruits de voiture de la clientèle.déchetterie proche donc bruit certains près midi audibles depuis la terrasse de la piscine.60€ de ménage obligatoire alors que l'appartement n'était pas dans un état impeccable.il manque de la vaisselle ( tout par 3 max 4 !!)pas de micro-ondes. douche trop petite. par contre piscine propre et surveillée.machine à laver et barbecue à disposition.personnel serviable et souriant.

Grillplatz am pool war super, Kühl gefrierkombi im Zimmer Müll musste getrennt werden für die umwelt.super!!! Balkon mit Wäscheständer war vorhanden und auch ein schirm für den strand gab es kostenlos dazu. Salz und pfeffer/kaffee musste man kaufen, Nervig die kaution von 200 euro bar,aber haben alles zurück bekommen. Supermarkt direkt unter dem hotel. Die bar am hotel war nur tagsüber geöffnet, abends geschlossen. In stadt nur 5 min zu Fuß, strand villasimius mit auto in 8 min zu erreichen

Udmærket - til ganske fint sted at bo!
Som skrevet i overskriften, kan vi sagtens anbefale stedet. Fin og rummelig lejlighed som dog var en lille smule slidt. Skønt pool område med dejlig udsigt. Fint med varmt vand i bruser. Supermarked i samme bygning. Omgivelserne dog ikke så charmerende. Stedet er mest optimalt hvis man har bil. Meget venlig og informativt receptions personale.

Bel luogo ma con un.... attenzione
Settembre. Prima volta Villasimius. La località è carina, l'hinterland è bello ma mostrano i segni di una accelerazione architettonica per il turismo che potrebbe diventare speculativa e compromettere i luoghi e il futuro dei residenti. Il paesino è riferimento di tutta l'area, l'accesso agli anfratti, spiagge è regolato da accessi a pagamento per il parcheggio auto. Attenzione ai divieti e alle soste a pagamento. Lungo l'unica strada principale di Villasimius sono bel evidenti e distribuiti i cartelli che disciplinano gli orari delle soste a pagamento ma poi peccato che un unico e modesto cartello artigianale, scritto con il pennarello, ad inizio del corso principale, precisa che l'accesso è limitato dalle 20.00 (fine orario a pagamento) all'01.00. E pertanto, dalle 20 e.01 scattato le multe per divieto di sosta, Insomma, un tentativo di "tassa di soggiorno" per i malcapitati.

Il massimo della comodità
Posizione eccellente: a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Villasimìus e 10 minuti di macchina da tutte le spiagge bellissime della zona. Strategico il supermercato e il bar posizionati nello stesso stabile (sotto). Bella e ben tenuta la piscina, sorvegliata dal bagnino e aperta dalle 10 alle 13 e dalle 16 alle 21. L'appartamento discreto, funzionale e fresco. Balcone non utilizzabile se non per stendere gli asciugamani perché poco pulito e sul passaggio delle auto che vanno al supermercato. Lo consiglio, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini

Residence bello vicino al centro di Villasimius
Residence vicino al centro di Villasimius a 5 minuti di auto da spiagge meravigliose. Presente nel residence un comodo supermercato mentre il personale risulta valido e disponibile alle richieste del cliente. Le camere sono semplici e pulite e sinceramente mi sono trovato bene. Presente una piccola piscina con bar per aperitivi ma che ho sfruttato poco perché il mare è la vera piscina. Unico consiglio per le donne con i capelli lunghi di portarsi un phon perché non presente in camera.

Siamo stati 6giorni e appena tornati. Ottima la posizione perché molto silenziosa seppur a 100metri dall'isola pedonale di villasimius . Si trova esattamente sopra un suoermercato con orario continuato fimo a sera tardi quindi comodo per tutto. È lontanuccio dal mare ma avendo la macchina non abbiamo avuto problemi in quanto nel raggio di 15km si trovano tantissime spiagge diverse fra loro che ne vale la peba di visitare. Camera forse non pulitissima ma spaziosa e comoda quindi nel complesso va benissimo. .quindi ottimo per chi vuole spendere il giusto senza avere vincoli di orari e si vuole concedere la passeggiata serale di un paese piuttosto vivo.

Nulla da dire sulla posizione, comoda perché appena fuori dal centro e vicina a qualsiasi spiaggia della città. Wi-Fi funzionante, appartamento essenziale al minimo. Ma quando si parla di pulizia ogni aspetto positivo risulta vano: appena arrivati, apro il water e trovo un pelo pubico sulla tavoletta, apro il terrazzo e per terra trovo altri peli neri di non so che natura, copriletto con due buchi notevoli, oso per curiosità vedere i piatti e vi giuro che erano sporchi e alcuni ancora con del sugo incrostato evidentemente dei precedenti inquilini. Per non parlare del posacenere con ancora i mozziconi dentro!! Non si può far trovare un appartamento così a chi arriva! per non parlare del fatto che, per quanto il ragazzo fosse cortese, i suoi orari in reception erano assurdi: un paio di ore la mattina e un paio di ore il pomeriggio. Assurdo. Morale ho dovuto comprarmi materiale per pulire e ho soggiornato malvolentieri

Gentile Ospite, La ringraziamo per aver trovato il tempo di recensire la Sua esperienza presso il nostro Residence "Le Fontane". Ci rincresce apprendere che abbia trovato problemi di pulizia e siamo desolati per non aver ricevuto segnalazione durante la Sua permanenza. Il nostro gruppo dà assistenza 7 giorni alla settimana dalle 09:00 alle 19:00 orario con 2 ore di pausa dalle 13:00 alle 19:00 durante la stagione estiva oltre al personale interno alla struttura. Avremmo sicuramente potuto provvedere ad attuare un cambio appartamento e risolvere tali problemi tempestivamente. Coglieremo questa critica come riferimento per poter migliorare i nostri servizi; ogni critica ci dà la possibilità di incrementare la nostra professionalità e l'attenzione al cliente, nostro obbiettivo primario. Non è un Hotel nè un Residence ma una Casa Vacanza
L'entrata dell'appartamento, la camera da letto ed il bagno affacciano su un corridoio locato su cortile interno simile alle "case di ringhiera" dei quartieri popolari delle grandi città, non consendendo il riposo ed il relax richiesto (rumore insopportabile dei "condomini"). Il bagno di per sè piccolo, ospita una doccia in cui a stento ci si entra: anche per una persona magra diventa difficile muoversi. La manutenzione degli appartamenti è assente ed ogni tanto cadono i supporti degli asciugamani, la tavoletta del servizio igienico, il porta sapone. La linea wifi è stata sempre assente dall'appartamento per problemi tecnici (mai risolti) e discontinuamente solo sul pianerottolo del 1 e 2 piano.

Le ricordiamo che il gruppo Withinn mette a disposizione uno staff di professionisti per la gestione delle criticità e delle problematiche che possono verificarsi durante il Vostro soggiorno. Il gruppo Withinn mette a completa disposizione uno staff di assistenza, reperibile 7 giorni su 7 telefonicamente e rammentiamo che per qualunque urgenza è presente in struttura il personale a cui fare riferimento per qualunque necessità. Ci rammarichiamo ad ogni modo per quel che è accaduto in questa occasione prenderemo spunto per poter migliorare i nostri servizi, la cura e la soddisfazione del cliente sono i pilastri su cui basiamo la nostra attività ormai da anni, con risultati più che soddisfacenti. Il Servizio Wi-Fi è indicato sul nostro sito che è presente solo negli spazi in comune: Reception e Piscina. Qualunque problematica relativa alla manutenzione il ns staff in loco è sempre a disposizione per eventuali interventi. Accettiamo sempre le critiche in modo costruttivo per migliorare continuamente i nostri standard, e l’attenzione ai pareri dei nostri clienti è per noi di fondamentale importanza. ottima sistemazione a due passi dal centro
posizione perfetta per le spiagge e per il centro, con in più un ottimo parcheggio e un supermercato sempre aperto. pulito e curato nell'arredo
