It saddens us that you have not fully enjoyed your stay and we would like to use your feedback to improve our service.We provide all amenities like bathrobe and slippers upon request, my colleagues from Housekeeping would have gladly brought it up to your room! Regarding the incident in the sauna area, it is true that it is an Austrian norm to use the sauna textile-free, however we as a hotel do not request our guests to use the sauna without clothing. We are very sorry that you had an uncomfortable experience with another guest and we would like to apologise on behalf of that. Unfortunately, we cannot control happenings with other guests staying in the hotel.
