We, the owners are on duty every day and unfortunately you did not inform us about your unfriendly check-in experience during your stay otherwise we would have had the chance to solve this problem immediately. Our interior is of very high quality and especially our mattresses have high numbers of coils and very thick padding. Unfortunately also in this matter you did not contact us during your stay otherwise we would have offered a different mattress system that suits you more. We apologize for any noise whatever you have heard from the water pipe system. Occasionally it can happen, that air-bubble is somewhere trapped but if we know from such a problem occurring we can immediately assist if someone brings it to our attention in time. As there are just a few weeks during the year that might be hot we provide high power fans to our guests. Most of the year we are dependant on central heating! Dear guest! First of all, let me thank you for your nice words regarding our breakfast and our helpful staff! You booked a triple room and wrote that there are 2 adults staying in the room therefore we have chosen a double bedroom for you as these rooms have individually decorated interiors and therefore higher comforts. We did NOT charge you for a third person as you just mentioned that there are 2 of you and not 3 although you booked a triple room. Furthermore we do not have extra triple rooms but almost every standard room can be made up for 3 people. Triple room does not mean that rooms are bigger, it just means that we make a 3rd bed ready in the room! I am very sorry that there was a misunderstanding in this matter but I would reccomend for the next time staying with us that you simply ask for a large room! All the best from Vienna
