Tom, we are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. If you had notified us about the toilet paper and broken washer, I can assure you we would have sent our team to take care of those items right away. As for our pool and hot tub, we apologize that there were some technical issues and it had to close for one day. We never expect things like that to come up and are sincerely sorry that it affected your stay. Our TVs have multiple streaming options that may have had the game available for your viewing. We extend our most heartfelt apology and hope you can give us another chance at a perfect stay in the future.
