I like the convenience of being around everything fast food and gas stations and casino of course being 5 min away but the noise from the neighbors I was around was unsettling but I made it through the night.

My sheets and bedding were dirty and the other bed had some dirty items, I made a okay bed with items from both beds. I did check for bedbugs and there was none. There was only enough towels for myself and not my husband. The air conditioner was okay but could have been cooler. This stay just reminded me why I don’t stay at Red Roofs.

FIne. if you arent high brow.
Our stay was fine. The only real issue was there was a leak under the floor when you came in and into the bathroom. Well water seeped up through the floor when you stepped on it. They offered to move us but we didnt want to move as we had a special needs person with us and we werent there that long. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

All of the employees were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The property was clean inside & out. Although it's obviously older and plain, everything seemed to be in good repair.

Very dirty and needs attention
Hotel was filthy, elevator didn’t work, loitering in the parking lot. Carpet is frayed, dirty and old. Very run down and needs much attention to cleanliness.

Wouldn't stay here again.
Check in was at 3 we got there at 4:30 and had to wait on our room to be cleaned. The front desk staff were yelling back and forth arguing with each other while we were in the lobby waiting. When we finally got in our room there was a dead bug in the bathroom floor, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall beeping, the toilet was running constantly, no phone in the room and only one lamp worked.

The staff was great! They were friendly. Took less than 5 minutes to check in. Area was great. My husband and I were there for a couple of days to see Civil Wars stuff. There are some updates that can be done to the rooms. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. But other than that, no complaints. Will return!

The service and the employees were fine; the room was also clean, but a little untidy. The bed was made, but not neatly as well as the towels in the bathroom, they were not neatly folded. I will still recommend Red Roof Inn Suites.
