Ants in the room. Didn’t get settled into new room until nearly midnight. Staff member was very nice. No coffee in the coffee. Checked twice. No pancake mix ready. Nothing seemed prepared. Would not recommend.

It was very close to Binghamton Uni and was clean and modern designed both interior and exterior of the property. I will prefer to stay here again.

The property was nice. The staff were stiff and not very friendly. There was a LaCross team there that was very noisy and rude when asked to keep it down that there were others in the motel. I was charged for a towel but we didn't take a towel.

Gorgeous property, ultra contemporary, with no detail left unconsidered. Hot water took a little while to come up, but that was the only minor hitch. TV and WiFi were great, breakfast was fun and filling, and the goodie bag with water and popcorn was most appreciated!

Hotel was newish and pretty modern. Lobby is nice. no restaurant but lots of snacks and drinks to purchase. Pool table in the lobby was great for me and my teenager.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staffs are polite. Although I thought the walls are not sound proof. Best is to stay away from the last room as the door to the stair slams and you hear it loud!

Immediately at check in, there were two employees at the desk that were too busy having a conversation before acknowledging me. Place was noisy, The key cards didn’t work and breakfast was a disappointment

We stayed at this hotel because of its association with the Hilton brand and its convenient location. Check-in was quick and easy, but on entering our room we found the TV not working. It was fixed by the front desk soon. Again, as we closed the door behind us to go to dinner, the door would lock. Finally, we again contacted the front desk and the person literally had to slam it for it to lock. The following morning, as we headed to breakfast, it wouldn’t lock again. We tried slamming, softly shutting, etc., and the person from the room next door was annoyed be side we were making such noise. Somehow, we got it to lock. Outside of these 2 issues, we found it alright. Cleanliness was ok. The free breakfast was alright, no complaints.

Stay on the top floor.
This is a nice hotel, but I think the construction of the floors is very thin. We were on the second floor and it sounded like a team of Clydesdale horses were staying above us. If you are going to stay here, stay on the top floor. Otherwise, count on a sleepless night.

Nice stay in Binghamton
We were there for a weekend family get together. The rooms were good & the general space was great. The weather wasn't good, so we stayed in. All 12 of us gathered in the lobby area played cards, shooting pool & had a lot of laughs. The staff was great, helpful, professional & friendly.

Hotel feels new and clean. Room design is modern. Has glass shower partition instead of tub. The upside of the bathroom design is it looks more spacious. The downside is the shower is steamy and warm while the rest of the bathroom can be relatively cold when you step out of the shower.
