Room could have been a little bit cleaner. There were sticky ring marks by the bedside table, fridge had crumbs on the shelves, there were no towels in the room and it was missing the hairdryer.

The room was clean spacious and the beds were comfortable the water reacted to the soap it felt as though I couldn't wash the soap off other than that I couldn't have asked for anything more

The check-in process was prompt and friendly. There’re many dining options within 5-10mins driving distance. There was some noise from the traffic on the road. The gym needs a little more equipments. The bedroom was clean and comfortable enough.

Everything was perfect but one little minor thing. I fell coming of my car bcuz of the ice skating rink that formed from the rain. No biggie though, everything is perfect!

Overnight stay with my grandson was very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Had board games which was nice. DVD players available but not able to use in our suite. Asked for assistance from staff and they were unable to hookup due to location of tv. Very apologetic but wasn’t a big deal. Only real issue was the door was so hard to open. Suite 105 sticks really bad had an awful time trying to get in and out

The hotel itself is very nice. I booked a book an extended stay for my son and girlfriend before their housing was ready. They were asked to leave due to a police visit. I realize hotels do not prefer police business executed at their place of business. After this visit, my son and girlfriend were told they had to leave by noon the next day. She is 8 months pregnant. My son in talking to the manager said it’s corporate policy-too bad they are not customer oriented. As of today, I have not received a refund for the three nights left on their stay. Bad, bad customer oriented service. No discussion-just get out! The whole issue was resolved and dismissed by the end of the day.

Filthy coffee maker that hadn't been cleaned in idk how long. Dishwasher was full, when trying to use the bedside lamp found it was unplugged, what was behind the nightstand was disgusting. It was only a one night stay so we put up with it, morning shower was a trickle and barely hot at the hottest setting. When we left I asked the desk clerk if they had a problem with the water pressure he replied, without looking up from his phone, not that I know of. Stay away

Good location, price, amenities. Love their fitness center. Very pleasant staff. Solid and functional accommodations. Comfortable. The surfaces be a little cleaner - I have very high standards, though - they show some smears from hands that checked out. I recommend the hotel.

Excellent with one "reservation."
When my sister and I come to Endwell, NY, to see our sister, we stay here. The building is clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rate reasonable. The ONLY objection I have is in their use of synthetic sheets which turns a perfectly comfortable bed into a sweatbox. To be fair, I did not ask the front desk for cotton ones. Next time, I will.
