"Our stay was pleasant, with both good and bad experiences. It was a clean, quiet and easily accessible given that it's close to the RER train system. The bad experience is summed up in the quality of communication and rooms. We booked our room on the hotel website and although we were of local taxes, we we surprised at check-in that a refundable security deposit is a standard requirement! "The "aparthotel" style of this property was great. A grocery was just a few steps from our "home" for the week. The staff was friendly, there were activities in the lobby for the kids, and it was all so easy to navigate. I'd love to stay at another Adagio in the future."

Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apartments. "Easy access to Metro for getting around Paris. We bought 5 day metro passes which were excellent value. The hotel was easy to find , clean and comfortable. We had a usable little kitchen with fridge , ceramic hotplate and dishwasher . There was a small supermarket nextdoor which we used for some provisions .Only negative was the air con on went down to 19 c and with the heat outside at above 25c it struggled to keep the room cool. Overall as a base to tour Paris it was well worth the money."

"Terrible response from manager...hes always away and not once did he call back. Still no refund for my deposit. Not as close to Arc de Triomphe than they suggest. There's a huge factory across the road. heavy machinery all night unless its a holiday."

"It was a lovely hotel, very quite. Only good with car access. Pontoise train station 10min away by car, where you can train to Paris. C is direct to eiffel Tower but it stope at every Bush takes an hour, but its nice. "

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."
