"Staff is great. All around very accomodating from front desk, valet service, etc. Great people. Cobalt was okay. Nice staff, food just okay. This hotel is really showing its age. The entire property needs to be power washed. The outside is dirty and the floors are dirty with stains on it. The carpets need to be replaced. There is a mildew smell. For higher end property, this isn't meeting basic standards.
For Vero, you don't have many great hotel options. Great opportunity for an investor to build something nice."
