Lovely small hotel in Vernazza
Lovely hotel in Vernazza close to the railroad station and only minutes away from the main business area with lots of restaurants and bars. Our double bed room was tight but it had a private bathroom and a view up the hills above the town. Breakfasts were included and provided a good variety of continental foods. Evelyn, the manager, was very friendly and personal and everyone else on the staff whom we encountered was great. Everyone spoke English, too.

Owner was FANTASTIC!! Love this hotel and location
The owner of the hotel and the restaurant below is by far one of the kindest, most attentive people I have ever met! TREMENDOUS THANK YOU TO HER!! The hotel itself is AMAZING!! Beautiful and PERFECT location, and the breakfast in the morning was incredible. I absolutely loved the terrace here too!! I couldn’t have asked for a better place in Vernazza!

Sorriso in Vernazza
Highly recommend Pensione Sorriso for a stay in Vernazza. Evelyn was a wonderful host and went beyond expectations in helping us enjoy our stay. The hotel has a bright breakfast area/lobby and a nice patio/garden to enjoy. We stayed in a room with a private bath and balcony. Although no sea view from the rooms, there is one from the patio and the sea is only a two or three minute walk from the hotel.

Great Inn
Pensione Sorriso was a great place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was very good. The room was a bit small for 2 people, but otherwise clean and cozy. Just a short walk to the train station.

Pensione Sorriso - fantastico!
Pensione Sorriso is a true gem. The all-women staff are incredible: patient, helpful, multi-lingual, always assisting guests, and they carry out everything with such grace. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming small hotel, with a lovely breakfast. Many come to Cinque Terre, rent a tiny room, and endure crowds; this pensione has a patio and private rooftop terrace where you can relax with a beer in peace, enjoy the incredible views, and smile.

Friendly staff when they were there. Asked for a takeaway breakfast and there was a bit of a mix up. It worked out. Great location. Only staff to greet us and at breakfast - never saw anyone beyond those times. Some staff could not speak English so it was difficult to communicate (breakfast and cleaners). Was sure we booked a room with an ensuite (which we did have) yet we were informed it was an upgrade?

Pensione belissima, camere rifatte l'anno scorso. marina raggiungibile in 3 min. Gentilezza unica, colazione super abbondante. Ci siamo svegliate con profumo di brioche appena sfornate, ottima focaccia.
