We have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was great. However this time our room was dirty and so was our bathroom. I found black stuff all over the blanket and there was hair all over our bathroom floor and it didn't look like the bathroom sink or bathtub had been cleaned either which totally grosses me out. The staff was nice and they have great breakfast. They have a pool and hot tub but neither where working. Next time we will stay else where.

The rooms were horribly dirty and not sanitized. Elevators and spa didn’t work- breakfast was sub-par- and we were very rushed to checkout. For the amount of money we paid for the rooms, I would expected a much better experience. We will not be returning to this property.

Our two-bed room was in very poor repair and was not cleaned well. Part of the curtain was held on by grocery sacks, the top lock couldn’t be used, etc. The cleanliness was poor with the floor still dirty, the pillowcases where covered in black hairs, and the bathroom was covered in pubic hair. I will not be staying here again. Very poor experience. Room is overpriced.

Sorry for your experience, If you don't like room you should ask the front desk to change the room in 45 minutes after checked inn and still you don't like the other room we gives you full refund why you stayed in that much problematic room. Any way still we appreciate your business.

When we walked in, there was urine splashed up on the toilet lid. Then when we went to turn on the AC unit, we plugged it in and the electrical outlet made a popping noise and the unit would not work. It was hot all nice.

Sorry for your experience, If some thing wrong with your room you should ask the front desk about that and we can change the room if guest is not satisfy with room or we give them full refund in 30 minutes after checked inn. Any way thanks for your business.

Check in was quick, went up to the room and the water for the toilet was turned off, we had to turn it on and then to flush wiggle the handle we did call the front desk and a maintenance worker came to the room fairly quickly no offer to change rooms told us to wiggle the handle when we use it. I wish I had noticed the other issues sooner. There was hair on the counter and bath tub. There was something on the ceiling in the bath tub. The handle on a drawer was loose and falling off. The window there was a gap so cold air was coming in nothing we could do about it and didn't notice until we saw the light coming through in the morning. When we checked out we tried to talk to the person at the front desk and he argued and said we needed to close the window I tried to explain that it wasn't just needing to be closed it was at the top of the window and then he made us go up and show him, when we did and he saw that we was right he didn't have much to say. No sorry, no offer to make things right or offer a refund. We didn't sleep well because of all the noise outside. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel as the cost of the room was way to much for what we got. Small and not well maintained. I have stayed in lots of places and never had an experience like this.

Everything at the Days Inn was very clean and nicely presented. The atmosphere was pleasant. The building is old, but most areas have been updated. The bathroom had a lot of old areas, like ceiling and sink, but still was very clean. The room (1 King) was on the small side, but totally adequate for a night's stay. The bed was comfortable, the temperature was easily controllable, and the room was quiet throughout the night. The staff was very responsive when we found that the toilet in our first room was running, and quickly moved us to another room.

Horrible stay pick another hotel
Room was very unclean things where not swept, vacuumed or wiped down. Holes in the walls repaired by tape. The reason I selected this location is hot tub. Pool and hot tub was covered by tarp. Employee barely spoke.

We liked it. I was disappointed because the pool was not open. I would have gone elsewhere and paid more if it had a pool for my kids. It has to be possible to update the ad to fess up and give a heads-up while things are under repair! Otherwise, pretty good experience

We could hear something running all night and it was not the air conditioner. Breakfast was disappointing. The orange juice was bad. There was no ketchup for what you might call an omelette.

The room was not clean at all - the bathrooms had barely been wiped down if at all and the bedding was old and yellowing. It smelled like stale cigarettes and all of the furniture was falling apart. I should have just slept in my car.

As soon as I entered my room I was very disappointed. Really old and really dirty would describe it. The wall around the in room A/C unit had holes and dings where the drywall had never been repaired. The room was extremely cramped with large, bulky outdated, furniture. Dark yellow walls and a blue accent wall, dark blue curtains, old striped carpet of the same colors felt like a cave. The bed coverlet had something on it, right along the top where it would touch your neck. It looked like a blood streak, but not sure.. The bathroom sink and tubs were old and discolored. No plug for the bathtub and a large ring of stain and discolor all around the inside of the tub. Shower curtain was dirty too. I was on the second floor where the ice machine didn’t work. I would get my ice on the first floor, until it quit working too. Floor of the lobby level ice machine had hard water stains and gunk all over the floor around it. The drinking fountain next to the ice had hard water and a green oxide all over it and it didn’t work either. I started taking the stairs exclusively because one time coming down it felt like the elevator hit a cement floor when it stopped. It was hard enough it made a really loud bang and shook. Felt like a hard landing and then motor noise like it lifted back up a little. It seemed very unsafe. When I started taking the stairs there was a pile of dirt and gravel that sat there from Wednesday until Saturday morning when I checked out.

Comfortable room, no issues
This was a one night stopover, and for that it was perfectly fine. The room was small but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well back from the main road, so it was also very quiet. The included breakfast was okay, but not great. All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again.

Pretty standard roadside hotel, suggest carpets in rooms need to be replaced with laminate flooring. TV in room was ceiling height. No plug for the microwave.

Issue is not the property. It’s Expedia!! No payment to Days Inn via Expedia. Had to use my credit card and now need a refund from Expedia and cannot contact a single source of customer help from Expedia. I’ll be filling a stop payment issue with my card company

Clean, quiet, in a convenient part of town. The smoke detector was missing and we just had some exposed wire hanging from the wall in the room so that was great. And no operational pool even though there was one advertised, but the great CS at Expedia helped us out when the property management was not so helpful.

I have to say, I was super stressed when we got to the Hotel. Our reservation got booked the wrong weekend (my fault) and I was in a complete panic. The young lady at the front desk was AWESOME! She immediately put me at ease, calmed me down with her kindness and made sure I was totally taken care of. Everyone from maintenance to the maid service and the front office staff were more then friendly and hospitable. We will definitely be staying there again when we return to Vernal. My husband and got placed in I believe use to be a smoking room, but I didn’t say a thing because the service we received was awesome. I didn’t mind at all!❤️❤️

What more could you want?
I don't generally ask for much in a hotel. I want a clean room, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. This place has all of the that. The indoor pool is nice. Breakfast was average. The donut shop next has delicious pastries.
