“Wonderful visit to Venice”

Excellent hotel with friendly helpful and efficient staff. Superb buffet breakfast. Easy access to the bus station where the airport buses arrive. Great hotel in a fascinating city = very special holiday.

I stayed in a single room for 4 nights in August 2012. The hotel is in a good location - near the bus station - and was easy to find. I didn't eat at all at the hotel but the restaurant looked lovely. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by for breakfast, which was much cheaper than at the hotel (I only wanted a coffee and brioche). My room was small but adequate for my needs - comfy bed, air conditioning, lovely view (4th floor), TV, quiet.

“Perfect refuge from English "summer"”

A perfect base for a memorable trip to Venice. Almost the first hotel you run into as you head into Venice from the bus/train station, but fantastic position on canal and a lovely view from our room over the roof tops. 20 mins walk to Rialto Bridge, 30 mins to St Marks Square. Vaporetto stop a few minues away. Nice, practical layout of the hotel - reception, bar, restaurant all open plan. Staff really helpful and efficient. Superb breakfast - both food and ambiance, very tempted to dine there but no time sadly. Definitely going back on next trip to Venice!

“Very convenient and clean hotel”

A very comfortable, well appointed yet friendly hotel. The location is excellent - about a 3 minute walk from the Piazzale Roma airport bus stop. The hotel is nevertheless in a very quiet location. The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplarary. We would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

“Look no further”

The staff are terrific and full of useful local information. The hotel is not only top notch comfort wise but is top notch location wise: a short walk from the bus / taxi drop off point with just one bridge to tackle, a bonus in Venice. Plus only 20 minutes from the Rialto bridge, although the same route is not guaranteed! Another bonus is the free water taxi to Mureno Island, then back to St Marks Square; what more can you ask for?
