Closeness to train station , very nice staff especially especially the kitchen staff!!! Very lovely staff!!!
Reception is fine , they can improve their communication, probably smile a little bit ,,, i know its so busy and they are stressed out.
Very satisfied!!!
It was in a good location. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very hard and the pillows super flat and I could not get it to be cool enough either.
We arrived very late 9:45pm from mestre station near the hotel. Mixed reviews about the hotel underground. From station go underground, very safe and clean. Also near bus stop. The hotel and the room very clean, good breakfast, 24/7 staff, quick check in and out. Room 140
This hotel was perfect location and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay. Would have like a different type of sausage. They were like hot dogs. But that’s the only issue with this trip and it’s a very very minor one. The coffee was good every morning.
This property is near a train station. We were placed in the older part of the hotel next to an elevator so it was as pretty loud when in use. The hotel is older and did not feel like a 4 star hotel.
Shower barely worked which was better than the wifi which didn't work at all. Also cancelled my booking a couple of days before I was due to arrive. Worked it out and stayed there anyway, hotel sent several emails advising of a higher price. Did not pay it because we had already booked and paid in advance. Many other places to choose so do yourself a favour and choose one of them.
The air condition was not working unfortunately, I had to open the balcony door where it was very noisy outside.
Breakfast is very basic as compared to other hotels of the same range.
No kettle in the room
Great location for the train (like 3 mins of walking) but the facilities was a little bit old and not in good shape. They closed the A/C 1 week before our stay but the temperature was 22-23 celcius outside so it was like 30 in the room. We talked with the lady at the reception and she did everything for an accomodation. They transfered us in a new room with fresh air (doors open in the room) but we slept with musquitos. Maybe the A/C needs to stay open a little bit longer for comfort of the guests... The breakfast was ordinary and the coffee machine delivered cappucino with powder milk. It was not good coffee...
The main route to this hotel travelling from the train/ bus station was an underpass which was used by local drug addicts, so walking through this area felt uncomfortable to say the least!!
Our room was dirty, old and in need of repairs.
Don’t book, end of!!
This hotel is quite dated but we found the room big, comfortable with quiet air-conditioning, bath with shower, but the room had no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, there were areas to relax and breakfast catered for all
Close from train station.
Breakfast was good as well.
If you have a Venezia city pass, you can take city bus from airport to Mestre Station or opposite way. It takes 25 -30 minutes.
Isle carpet is very old, it need to be change.

Great location, 2-star at its best
Google says this is a 4-star hotel, but this hotel is 2 stars at its max. The location is great and close to train station, but the breakfast is limited and they don’t replenish the breakfast fast enough. They had a lot of travel groups when we were there. We arrived 7:30am, some of the food were already finished. Room is small, and all the toiletries are nowhere near a 4 star standard.
I stayed here in June 2023. The fridge didn't work well, it was almost room temperature in there. The air conditioning however did worked well. Large and spacious room. Shower was small and it leaked water. The hair dryer looked like it was from the 1950's. Everything was so outdated in the room. There is pretty much nothing around here other than sketchy people around the neighberhood. No food options around. Free breakfast and a direct bus to Venice were the benefits of this hotel. The staff were friendly as well.
The hotel is very close to the train station so if you’re arriving or leaving by train it’s very convenient. It is a fair distance from Venice island but there is a bus stop only a short walk from the hotel and a direct bus to Venice so you can be there in about 20 mins.

The location is good, about 5-10 min from bus and train station. Facilities are ok, a bit outdated but good.

The room looks freshly remodeled. Very nice! The halls looked like they are over due for renovation.

Only a one night stay. The hotel was ok. Room had very tired and old decor, in complete contrast to the hotel lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.
My main issue with the hotel is out of their control. Walking access from arrival at the station is via a long pedestrian and cycle underpass under the road and station. It’s a bit hard to find at first, and I didn’t feel safe walking alone through it. It was my personal feeling as a solo traveller. However, the Marghera area that the hotel is in was lovely. I used the local shops and cafes, everyone was very friendly.
AC broken, good convenience, but not great in all.
Their AC was out in the room. I asked about it and they just said that there was nothing to be done, and it wasn’t their fault. That is probably true. But maybe they could have offered another room, or a discount or something. But they didn’t. They didn’t even say that they couldn’t offer that even if they wanted to.
The bathroom light didn’t work right. It took about 30 seconds to warm up, which is quite a while to wait in the middle of the night. We used the flashlights on our phones instead of waiting.
The cappuccino they included with breakfast came from powdered coffee and milk. It was pretty bad compared to cappuccinos all over the rest of Italy.
It was very convenient to the metro. They did store our luggage for us (because they delayed our check in time by an hour).
Overall, not great. But also nothing that was too terrible to deal with.
I chose the hotel for its proximity to transport connections to the airport and the city and found these as good as I hoped.
The hotel itself is lovely and the restaurant food excellent. I shall return whenever I can.
Beautiful hotel, well located. 3 minute walk to the bus stop which then takes you directly into Piazza Roma in Venice within 20minutes. A much cheaper and higher quality stay than staying on the mainland. Highly recommended.
GREAT PLACE TO STAY TO GO TO VENICE, THE BUS STATION IS A BLOCK AWAY AND THE HOTEL SELLS THE TICKETS AT THE LOBBY. THE ONLY ITEM IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING, WHEN WE ASK THE MANAGER HE SAID, NO AC DURING OUR STAY.
