“Some Place to Stay”

Hotel good, room comfortable and clean. Mostly staff were helpful. Overall it was just what was required for a 4 day photographic workshop.

“Great holiday location for all”

Great location, within easy walking distance to the main attractions. Hotel slightly difficult to find so holidaymakers should make sure they know the name of the nearest Campo before setting out. Staff are really friendly and eager to help make the experience for their customers.

“dont book Classic Double very cosy”

on arrival first room allocation of which we spent our first night of a four night stay was very small!!! asked reception if another rooom available of which there was the next day room larger but a very cosy en-suite, but we were not charged any extra. breakfast room cosy. good positon for getting around the centre of venice. maybe would stay again.

“Good location”

We had a triple room for a 3 night stay. The room was very small but that is expected at a central Venice location. Ideally located for St. Marks square and a short walk to Rialto. Staff at reception were lovely and helpful. Only two negatives - there is no lift and no staff to help with baggage. A steep walk up to a third floor room with suitcases is exhausting! Breakfast was poor. The room was too small to seat more than a few guests, limited selection...if you don't want bread or rolls you'll be hungry and the breakfast staff were not approachable. If you stay at this hotel I would recommend getting the taxi boat from the airport.

“for an isolated worker”

it is a room, little more, I was not allowed to check in until 18.00 no amenities I had to be let out and be let in through a locked door it not a place to spend any time apart from sleeping location is nice however it is a simple room for rent, does not qualify as a hotel I was there for work, alone and out all day so it did not really matter perhaps it should state what it is the price was similar for a lovely hotel I stayed in in central venice with my wife a few days later

“A hotel clearly in need of attention.”

This hotel could potential be lovely with some modernisation, love and attention. In fact it is a poorly run hotel that is now tatty and unkempt. The staff seem overworked, the quality of the breakfast is poor and the rooms are dingy. No hot water in our room for two days of our stay. All in all very disappointing indeed.
